A second former aide has come forward with accusations of sexual harassment against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Charlotte Bennett, a health policy adviser to Mr Cuomo until November, told The New York Times that he had harassed her last year.
Mr Cuomo has denied any inappropriate behaviour and ordered an independent inquiry into the allegations.
Another former aide, Lindsey Boylan, has previously accused the governor of sexually harassing her.

New York prosecutors investigating Donald Trump’s business empire are questioning witnesses about two sons of his long-time finance chief Allen Weisselberg, according to a new report.
Investigators in Manhattan are looking at transactions involving Barry Weisselberg, who managed two ice rinks run by the Trump Organization, and his brother Jack Weisselberg, a director at a prominent Trump lender.
Weisselberg senior has worked for the Trump family business since 1973 and is still the organization’s chief financial officer, and was granted partial immunity three years ago for his testimony in the Michael Cohen case.
Weisselberg was registered as a Democrat for years and gave money to New York Democrats including Chuck Schumer and Mario Cuomo, before switching to the Republican party ahead of the 2016 election.
So, he was a Democrat like Trump and Kushner then, prior to 2016 election.

The Phoenix Police Department, in partnership with other Arizona authorities, on Friday announced 37 arrests in connection to human trafficking and sex crimes.
Undercover police placed ads on websites commonly sought out by suspects seeking illegal sex acts with children, as part of an investigation dubbed Operation Broken Hearts.
The probe targeted “sexual predators engaged in child sex crimes and human trafficking,”.
Suspects “solicited and/or brokered deals for various sex acts and were subsequently arrested,” police said.
Police told Fox News that the operation lasted a week and took place in early February.
Because police were posing undercover, there were no live victims in the case.
The anti-trafficking advocacy group Polaris, which operates the hotline, says that more than 63,000 human trafficking cases have been reported over the past 14 years, and the hotline has received more than 48,000 “contacts” — emails, phone calls, texts and other forms of communication — over the past year.

A US District Judge in San Jose, California says she was “disturbed” over Google’s data collection practices, after learning that the company still collects and uses data from users in its Chrome browser’s so-called ‘incognito’ mode – and has demanded an explanation “about what exactly Google does,”.
In a class-action lawsuit that describes the company’s private browsing claims as a “ruse” – and “seeks $5,000 in damages for each of the millions of people whose privacy has been compromised since June of 2016,”
US District Judge Lucy Koh said she finds it “unusual” that the company would make the “extra effort” to gather user data, if it doesn’t actually use the information for targeted advertising or to build user profiles.
Koh has a long history with the Alphabet Inc. subsidiary, previously forcing the Mountain View, California-based company to disclose its scanning of emails for the purposes of targeted advertising and profile building.
In this case, Google is accused of relying on pieces of its code within websites that use its analytics and advertising services, to scrape users’ supposedly private browsing history and send copies of it to Google’s servers.
Google makes it seem like private browsing mode gives users more control of their data, Amanda Bonn, a lawyer representing users, told Koh.
In reality, “Google is saying there’s basically very little you can do to prevent us from collecting your data, and that’s what you should assume we’re doing,” Bonn said.
Andrew Schapiro, a lawyer for Google, argued the company’s privacy policy “expressly discloses” its practices.
“The data collection at issue is disclosed,” he said.
Except people do not read them and they know that, one line in a thousand line document is not exactly informing them.
There should be an option button at the top of the disclosure statement, collect data or not.

Another lawyer for Google, Stephen Broome, said website owners who contract with the company to use its analytics or other services, are well aware of the data collection described in the suit.

“I want a declaration from Google on what information they’re collecting on users to the court’s website, and what that’s used for,” Koh demanded.

Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz has accused Iran, of likely being behind Friday’s blast on an Israeli-owned transport ship in the Gulf of Oman, saying it’s their “initial assessment” that the incident was an Iranian attack.
Based on the Saturday statement, it would appear that the claim by Gantz wasn’t backed by any actual intelligence, but was rather based on the geography of the incident, and the current geopolitical situation in the Middle East.
“Iran is looking to hit Israeli infrastructure and Israeli citizens.
The location of the ship in relative close proximity to Iran raises the notion, the assessment, that it is the Iranians,” the minister told local broadcaster Kan.
However, Gantz acknowledged that the blast needed further investigation for the culprit to be established with certainty, saying that “we are committed to continuing to check.”
As per usual, just statements with zero proof, all designed to sway public opinion.

Israel’s parliament passed a law Wednesday allowing the government to share the identities of people not vaccinated against the corona virus with other authorities, raising privacy concerns for those opting out of inoculation.
The measure, which passed with 30 votes for and 13 against, gives local governments, the director general of the education ministry and some in the welfare ministry the right to receive the names, addresses and phone numbers of unvaccinated citizens.
The objective of the measure — valid for three months or until the Covid-19 pandemic is declared over — is “to enable these bodies to encourage people to vaccinate by personally addressing them”, a parliament statement said.
Israel, a country of nine million people, has administered the two recommended jabs of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine against the corona virus to roughly a third of its population.

Though the move will take some time to go into effect, the Pentagon’s recent decision to relocate Israel to the area of responsibility (AOR) of the US military’s Central Command (CENTCOM, which operates in the Middle East) is a direct operational reflection of the Abraham Accords, in which Israel normalized relations with the UAE and Bahrain, with Saudi support.
The Head of CENTCOM, Marine Gen. Kenneth McKenzie, recently told the Middle East Institute, “We do a lot of business with Israel now just as a practical matter of fact, because their threats generally emanate from the east.
In a certain way, this is just a natural recognition of that at the operational level.”
Says who Mr. McKenzie? says who? which AIPAC string puller told you to say that, and why?

McKenzie stated that the move also lines up with a US vision in which “our friends in the region do more for themselves” and in which neighbors work closely together, adding that the CENTCOM move is “a step in that direction.”

In the face of these threats, CENTCOM can also initiate joint exercises and contingency plans for Iran-specific threats, thereby boosting cooperation, while Israel can find a new framework within which to share critical information from its “war between the wars” to disrupt Iranian force build-up in the region.

In this context, moving Israel to CENTCOM formalizes regular military exercises among the US, Israel, and Arab states. “Such training would be crucial for developing effective theater missile defenses, as well as boosting readiness and interoperability in cyber, counter-terrorism, special operations, and maritime security,” the report said.

Israel has been under European Command’s (EUCOM) AOR since the latter’s creation in 1952, an arrangement that proved beneficial to both sides for decades.

Both EUCOM and CENTCOM are undergoing changes, as JINSA’s report outlines.
Preparations reflecting such changes could be found as far back as March 2018, when CENTCOM released a posture statement that for the first time listed Israel, in its area as a partner for theater security cooperation in light of rising threats from Iran and the Islamic State.
That same month, CENTCOM forces took part in the Juniper Cobra exercise held between the IDF and EUCOM, and Gen. Joseph Votel became the first CENTCOM commander to officially visit Israel.
At CENTCOM, there is now an acute need to create a regional cooperation network that connects the US military, the IDF, and the Gulf States to one another to face common threats from Iran as well as ISIS.
Meanwhile, EUCOM is keen to return its primary focus to great power competition with Russia.

The North Dakota House of Representatives passed a bill that would prevent rules requiring face masks, a mandate one lawmaker ripped as “diabolical silliness.”
The state’s lower chamber voted 50-44 Monday to prohibit state and local governments, schools and businesses from ordering mask mandates amid the corona virus pandemic, The Grand Forks Herald reported.
The bill will head next to the Senate.
Texas will lift its mask mandate and allow businesses to reopen at full capacity next week, Governor Greg Abbott has announced.
“It is now time to open Texas 100%,” the Republican said on Tuesday.
Texas is the largest US state to end its mask mandate.
Mr Abbott has faced criticism from his party over the measure, which was imposed last July.
Then, Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves said he would do the same in an even shorter time frame.
“Starting tomorrow, we are lifting all of our county mask mandates and businesses will be able to operate at full capacity without any state-imposed rules,” Mr. Reeves said.

A U.K. government vaccine safety review has revealed that 244 people, including 8 unborn babies, have died in Britain shortly after receiving one of two corona virus vaccines.
An extensive report produced by the U.K. government today has detailed all the suspected side effects over 100,000 in total, including death, reported by medical staff or the people who received at least one Covid-19 vaccine between early December 2020 and January 31, 2021.

If you cannot see they are incapable of running a piss up in a brewery by now, you really need new eyes and a brain.
Five professors at the University of Arizona have launched a virtual reality project to show what it’s like to experience anti-black racism, providing yet another tool to help push academia’s social narratives.
Perhaps they should just publish earlier trials of cops in virtual reality scenarios?
When it did prove that black people would be shot more often and quicker, the surprising aspect of it was, that black officers shot black people quicker and more often than other colors.
Now why is that? Does that make any sense in light of the program of anti black? of course it doesn’t.
But what it does do is, prove my piece last week of, there is no racism only geneticism, which is inherent in all colors DNA, of a mistrust of others.
It just happens to be the case, that all colors including their own, are frightened and more reactive to and against the black race.
Perhaps academic should look into that, than wheeling out the program called racism, but then that would require common sense.
Racism was a system provided to us by the system, and we stupidly implemented and cemented it into our cultures, we have to stop doing that and create our cultures in a better way. All lives matter.

It is often said the victors write the narrative of wars, history and events.
Their books regaled with over promotion of certain characters and how the great war or triumph was won.
None moreso than WW2, whereby a complete rewrite of what actually took place, is required to address that major event.
Distorted beyond all reasoning by Hollywood and other movie groups.
History as we have found out is written by the victors and becomes a fog of distortion.
It has become accepted globally that books and the narrative are all written by the victors.
This leaves one to ponder, as to whether the Cat holic church which was involved in many wars, directly or indirectly and a heavy promoter of their version of religion, as to whether the bible was also written by the victors, and subsequently distorted?

Vaccine Syndrome is a film produced by Oscar nominated filmmaker Scott Miller, and provides exclusive interviews with military personnel who have had experience with the controversial anthrax vaccine.
The film claims that over 35,000 soldiers have died from the anthrax vaccine, according to a “RAC-GWVI Government Report” published in 2008.
Compare that to how many soldiers have died in combat in both Iraq and Afghanistan, which is 6753 at the time of the filming.
The film starts out with a dramatized recreating of Lance Corporal Jared Schwartz, who refused to receive the anthrax vaccine.
He had to face a military tribunal without legal counsel, and read a prepared statement.
That statement can be found online, such as at the GulfWarVets.com website.
The film also mentions how pharmaceutical companies have legal immunity from any injuries or deaths resulting from vaccines, and that the civilian population only has recourse, to sue the federal government in a special Vaccine Court.
However, military personnel are prohibited from suing in this court, which is part of the National Vaccine Compensation Program.
This is an all too common occurrence within the Military closed circles.
A high culture of secrecy and subversive acts against lower ranked officers and soldiers.
Remember many soldiers died of Gulf War Syndrome, not because of the war over oil, but because the US Military poisoned them with vaccines.
Some people don’t like my stance on the US Military, well I ‘m sorry I popped your illusion bubble, but please provide the evidence to the contrary, I would love to correct my stance.
The popular website SOTU has also come around to THI way of thinking this week, with this headline: Our Military Has Abandoned Us.
The issue I have with that statement is, saying they abandoned us is suggestive at one point in time they were with us, yet in all my research that goes back to Colombus, I see no evidence the Military was fighting on behalf of the country and it’s people.
An uncomfortable truth too many Americans won’t face up to, but what if it is true, what happens next?
The reality is, we spend $1T per year which is more than the GDP of several countries, we have rogue agencies running the country and media, and they the military have done what to stop it?
We have big tech companies running the people and medical tyranny, the Military have done what to stop it?
We have had a succession of gang related criminals pouring through our border, killing many Americans and the Military have done what to stop it?
We had a Muslim Brotherhood leader for 8 years and the Military did what to stop it, remember before China and Iran became the latest boogeyman, the Muslims were the previous boogeyman, and we had one in the White House?
The world is in turmoil due to bio warfare elements, which show highlighted there is several of these “research centers” dealing with bio warfare, all under the guise of the US Military, including Guantanamo.
DARPA, another “research center” of not dubious but ill repute, also connected to the DOD.
So, before people get offended by everything, analyze things properly before making errant statements.
Those are all the facts, I wish it was wrong, but it is not, and the simple solution to stop it is, stop your children joining that organization, until they prove they are acting for and by the people, currently there is zero evidence supporting it.

Dr Shanna Swan is a foremost expert on fertility at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.
Her new book ‘Count Down’ predicts that a large share of the world’s human population, will not be able to reproduce on their own by 2050.
Transhumanism anyone?
Her 2017 study found that sperm counts declined by more than 50% between 1973 and 2011, at a rate of a little over 1% a year.
CDC estimated that 9% of men were infertile in 2018, so Dr Swan’s study suggests that rate would rise to 41% by 2050.
Although fertility is complex, Dr Swan theorizes that ‘everywhere chemicals’ called phthalates, which are used in countless products, are driving the trend.
Phthalates are used in a large variety of products, from enteric coatings of pharmaceutical pills and nutritional supplements, to viscosity control agents, gelling agents, film formers, stabilizers, dispersants, lubricants, binders, emulsifying agents, and suspending agents.
End-applications include adhesives and glues, agricultural adjuvants, building materials, personal-care products, medical devices, detergents and surfactants, packaging, children’s toys, modeling clay, waxes, paints, printing inks and coatings, pharmaceuticals, food products, and textiles.
Phthalates are also frequently used in soft plastic fishing lures, caulk, paint pigments, and sex toys made of so-called “jelly rubber”.
Phthalates are used in a variety of household applications such as shower curtains, vinyl upholstery, adhesives, floor tiles, food wrap film, and cleaning materials.
Personal-care items containing phthalates include perfume, eye shadow, moisturizer, nail polish, liquid soap, and hair spray.
Phthalates are also found in modern electronics and medical applications such as catheters and blood transfusion devices.
It was also found in Americas favorite food, although I have no idea why, mac and cheese products.
Perhaps that is why most cheese now looks like plastic?
Put all those pieces in this section together and a bigger picture emerges.

Another thing that has caught on recently is the attacks by alt media on Donald Trump.
Alex Jones is the latest in a stream of cuss words describing Mr. Trump and stating he wishes he had never met him.
This follows the 180 of the Trustee Kim Goguen and her slippery sidekick Steffen Rowe, now both are seemingly spitting venom at Mr. Trump, having told their listeners and ours for years, that Trump was the savior in some aspects.
But, publicly I warned of Trump when I was on Cosmic Voice, which didn’t go down well with Drake, but even he now I hear is hammering Donald Trump.
I am not glad I was proven right, I wish I was wrong and he did help the people, but the issue here is not whether I am right or wrong, but was the information correct, regardless of who said it.
Trump made a fool of the Trustee, which I warned her of privately many, many times, and that saddens me.
But, we all have to look at it from an overview and non emotional aspect, which is why I tend to get many things right.
Is the anger at Trump? or is that masking our own failures of following a wrong lead?
Trump has to take some responsibility also, but the real responsibility lies within the people who wrongly set him up as the savior, when no savior in our recorded history or our story has ever delivered for the people.
The same program is happening with the Trustee, although she is doing herself no favors either, the new savior, when she will be lucky to save herself at this point.

I had a great call last night with one of our groups, and feel the need to highlight it, because of one important point.
I was asked to review their progress on creating TPC Canada, and there was one or two things that needed to change slightly in their application.
It was spoken about and explained and the corrections made.
Now this may seem like a trivial point to make, but in light of many other situations it is and needs to be seen as a blue print to go forward for the all.
It was all done in a very adult way, people got their points across and we came to a mutual agreement.
This is progress, as we have seen many a group fall apart over trivial items, egos get in the way, my way or the highway and general child like interactions, of which we have all taken part in at some point.
Like I said it may seem a trivial point to make, but in light of another group who have had 4 splits in 10 months, it is a large leap of progress.
We too often are critical of each other, yet fail to highlight our progress, and that small step is progress.
Thanks to TPC Canada now lets teach other groups to be that way together.
I have been described as a teacher, and I accept that in many ways.
We have covered many subjects within this show, from finance, to cabal, to factions, to governments, to ET’s, to solutions, to history but the important subject we have covered in this show is, personal development.
We went deep into how we were the problem, not just focused on the 1%.
We covered the shadow and inner work, how to be better people, operating from the heart not the mind, taught self mastery, how to stop psychic or astral attacks, how to “see”, the 45/55 and the most important is balance in everything.
Many of our members have raised their barriers this past year, and some have sought me out for advice and assistance.
That is what drives me on, seeing people improve aspects of their life and walking not talking a better path.
I have spent thousands of hours building this show, suffered much abuse, flak and targeting, all of which tells me the show is on the right path.
But, my task is not complete unless the listeners get the message.
The object of a real teacher is, for the student of any age to go beyond the teacher, and subsequently for they themselves to become the teacher for the next generation.
Part of our societies problem stems in that very fact, we don’t teach our students to go beyond the teacher.
It is all about keeping society in low self esteem, knowledge and limitation, when we need balanced self esteem, high knowledge and from there develops something beyond knowledge and intelligence, to intellect and wisdom.
This is what this show is about, it is not all about me, it is about you all, each and everyone of you.
I have tried my best to encourage you all to develop yourselves, yet some still put me on an all too uncomfortable pedestal.
That is not the way it should be, because no person is above your own heart.
Labels created that hierarchy, which is why I care not for labels, we are not as an example African American, we are people, we are not determine by our country of birth, religion, gender, jobs, finance level or credit score.
We are all much more than that, providing you develop the self.
One of our younger members is starting out on his own journey of discovery, and doing his own videos of worldly insights with walk along videos.
The first two revealed he gets exactly what THI has been saying, and developing upon it in his own unique way.
That is progress, not just Rhode has made, but many of you.
Roger Isaac, David Kirincic, Glen Jansen and some others provide some wonderful insight of their own within the mewe chat, that fills me with joy.
Seeing people express themselves so well, having come to their own understanding, having looked a life through new eyes, or perhaps real eyes, you need real eyes not illusion eyes to realize the mess this world is in.
I can’t and won’t be doing this forever, and the object is to pass on the baton for others to develop it even further.
The same applies to the TPC, overtime people will realize the importance of it, that I feel all but a few really grasp it currently.
But over time more will realize the importance of it, why it was needed and why it has to be carried forward.
As our Australian member stated last week, THI is creating teachers globally, you are the teachers, I just laid the foundations for it.
It is all about your own development and I have tried to be all inclusive as much as possible, recognizing many are at differing learning levels.
That is why our show is interactive, our narrative asks you the questions, so you in the privacy of your own home, come to your own conclusions.
Many people have joined me on our journey, and some higher profile ones jumped off because their vibration or ego did not allow them to continue the same path.
Often leaving with a plethora of words that makes no sense, and instead of going internal, they project at others for their own shortfalls in development, time has always proven that to be the case.
I took on the unpleasant role of telling people things they don’t wish to hear, asking them to deal with things they don’t like to address, asking them to inflect not deflect or reflect, asking them to look at the boogeyman within, asking people to look at, work with and accept the truth, all things that make people react to you.
But, it was never about me, it was always about the you, but I couldn’t do this role without developing my own self mastery along the way, it is imperative to this role.
I couldn’t do this role without balance, perspective and then overview either, it would not work.
But, this is not a one way street, of all of it came from me, I learned much from you all also, there is always a new lesson to learn.
That work does have a beginning, but it never has an ending.
The choices are, are you a loop concept whereby you repeat things over and over again, with the same subset of consequences, outcomes and deja vu timelines.
Or a linear concept of progressing along the line and going forward along that path, that may or may not be the right linear path to be on?
Or do you go the vertical concept that steps out of time, limitations and opens up doors of wonder, discovery, enlightenment, advanced libraries and onto your own Universe, preferably with the concepts, ideas and balanced choices THI and the TPC has laid out.
