What did he expect to happen next? with one of their officers down, and the other two wondering if they are going to be shot next, they returned fire, all who listen to this show, when put in the same position would have done the same.
When judging this you have to put yourself in the scene, and I suspect all would have done the same thing.
The enquiry should have focused on ballistics as to how the officers shot their weapons, from which position to ascertain whether they shot Breonna in error in the cross fire or shot them both deliberately to end the situation.
Hindsight is a wonderful tool, but it is not realistic in day to day heightened tension situations, but ultimately when you break it all down is, Mr. Walker put his girlfriend at greater risk for being involved in an illegal drug trading operation, and if Breonna who he was involved in that, also put herself at greater risk of engaging police some day as well.

TikTok and WeChat will be banned from US app stores from Sunday, unless President Donald Trump agrees to a last-minute deal.
The Department of Commerce said it would bar people in the US from downloading the messaging and video-sharing apps through any app store on any platform.
The Trump administration says the companies threaten national security and could pass user data to China, but China and both companies deny this.
WeChat will effectively shut down in the US on Sunday, but people will still be able to use TikTok until 12 November, when it could also be fully banned.
TikTok said it was “disappointed” in the order and disagreed with the commerce department, saying it had already committed to “unprecedented levels of additional transparency” in light of the Trump administration’s concerns.
“We will continue to challenge the unjust executive order, which was enacted without due process and threatens to deprive the American people and small businesses across the US of a significant platform for both a voice and livelihoods.”
Tencent – the owner of WeChat – said the announced restrictions were “unfortunate”, but said they would continue talks with the US government “to achieve a long-term solution”.
The ban order from the Department of Commerce follows President Trump’s executive orders signed in August.
It gave US businesses 45 days to stop working with either Chinese company.
If a planned partnership between US tech firm Oracle and TikTok owner ByteDance is agreed and approved by President Trump, the app will not be banned.

Concerned teens are reporting that popular apps like TikTok and YouTube are spying on them through their iPhones.
Various posts on social media this week suggest the apps are activating users’ microphones the moment they’re launched on one of Apple’s devices.
The reports follow the release of iOS 14 – the latest iPhone update – which added a feature that informs users when they’re being spied on.
An orange dot now appears in the upper right corner of the screen when the mic is activated, while a green one shines when the camera is on.
Youngsters on Twitter claim that an orange light appears on their iPhone as soon as they launch TikTok – and before they record anything.
“Yall tiktok is listening to us this orange dot appears whilst on the app then disappears when I leave tiktok,” one user wrote on Monday.
US health officials have rowed back on controversial advice issued last month that said, people without Covid-19 symptoms should not get tested.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now says anyone in close contact with a known infected person should take a test.
Friday’s “clarification” returns the CDC’s stance on testing to its previous guidance, before the August alteration.
Reports said the controversial advice had not been given by scientists.
Sources said it had been posted on the CDC website despite experts’ objections.
Most US states had then rejected the guidance, in a stinging rebuke to the nation’s top disease prevention agency, except it is not a prevention agency at all, it is a vaccine manufacturing and sales company with vested interests.
In its “overview of testing” for healthcare workers the CDC now says: “Due to the significance of asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic transmission, this guidance further reinforces the need to test asymptomatic persons, including close contacts of a person with documented SARS-CoV-2 infection.”
It advises people to take a test “if you have been in close contact, such as within 6ft of a person with documented SARS-CoV-2 infection for at least 15 minutes and do not have symptoms”.
The US has recorded nearly seven million cases of coronavirus, more than a fifth of the world’s total. It has the world’s highest death toll, with nearly 200,000 fatalities.

Pope Francis is giving his blessing to a new Vatican think tank that is seeking to prevent the Mafia and organized crime groups from exploiting the image of the Virgin Mary for their own illicit ends.
The Vatican’s Pontifical Marian Academy launched the think tank Friday at a conference titled “Liberating Mary from the Mafia.” It was a reference to the historic relationship between the Italian mob and the Catholic Church, and the popular displays of Marian devotion by mobsters in Italy and beyond.

A British participant in AstraZeneca’s coronavirus vaccine trial was diagnosed with a serious neurological disorder weeks after her second dose of the inoculation, an internal company document shows.
A previously healthy 37-year-old woman was hospitalized this month after receiving two injections of the pharmaceutical giant’s new vaccine, where it was determined she developed transverse myelitis, a rare neurological ailment caused by inflammation of the spine, according to an internal AstraZeneca safety report obtained by CNN.
Though the report states the woman, who has not been identified by name, had no adverse reaction after her first dose in early June, she began to experience neurological symptoms some two weeks(it’s always 2 weeks, 1/2 moon cycle is why and an MK Ultra trigger word) after her second jab in August.
During a jog on September 2, the volunteer “had a trip (not fall) with a jolt,” the document says, while the next day she reported difficulties walking, weakness in her arms, impaired motor control over her hands, a headache and reduced feeling in her torso. She was hospitalized September 5 and diagnosed with “confirmed transverse myelitis” soon after.
Whilst I feel sorry for this woman’s plight, the crass stupidity of taking part in these trials is mindboggling, no doubt seduced by lure of extra money or groceries.

A state of emergency was declared on Thursday in eight regions of western Greece which are expected to be hit by the a subtropical storm in the Mediterranean named Ianos.

The Justice Department said Monday it has identified three U.S. cities that have “permitted violence and destruction of property” and are now at risk of losing federal dollars as part of President Trump’s efforts to crack down on unrest fueled by incidents of police violence against Black men and calls to defund police departments.
New York City, Seattle and Portland, Oregon, were all targeted by the Justice Department as having “refused to undertake reasonable measures to counteract criminal activities” in response to the violence that has erupted in the cities.

The Pentagon redirected most of its $1 billion in pandemic funding to defense contractors who exchanged the money for jet engine parts, body armor, dress uniforms and other military needs.
The CARES Act passed by Congress in March granted the Department of Defense $1 billion to both prevent and get ready to respond to the corona virus, but the Post reported that in the weeks that followed, hundreds of millions of the taxpayer money was instead utilized to obtain military supplies.
This was a change from the intent of Congress, the Post noted.
Meanwhile, U.S. health officials are still requesting funding for pandemic response, including $6 billion for states to make vaccines available when they are developed and to address a shortage in N95 masks for hospitals.
The Pentagon has also requested that $11 billion be provided in a potential new stimulus bill being debated by Congress.
Congress instructed the $1 billion in the CARES Act to go to Defense Production Act (DPA) efforts, which permits President Trump to direct U.S. companies to manufacture necessary products, such as personal protective equipment (PPE).
Months after the funding was allocated, department lawyers concluded the money could be used for defense production, including projects that had little to do with responding to the pandemic, the Post reported. Smaller firms received more than a third of the funding for less than $5 million, but hundreds of millions of dollars went to several large companies.
At least 10 of the about 30 contractors awarded with DPA funding also received money from the Paycheck Protection Program.

A Black Lives Matter activist in Washington has gone into social media hiding, after her efforts to dox a CVS drugstore manager for calling the police on two suspected shoplifters didn’t go over as swimmingly as she planned.
The chain of events began when the woman, Charity Sade, started recording police who were questioning two black men outside a CVS store.
At one point, an officer warns one of the suspects not to interrupt him while he’s talking to the other man, saying “His freedom is dependent on your actions.”
Sade then interjects, asking the officer for his name and badge number.
She then films another video of herself confronting the CVS manager inside the store for calling the police.
The manager explains that it’s company policy to contact the police when a shoplifter exits the store without paying for merchandise.
He added that he chose not to press charges against the men, but asked the police to inform them that they could no longer shop at his store.
Sade then berates the manager, saying, “It’s not your merchandise. It’s the store’s. So, you know what happens… You decided to call the police on two black people that stole, that allegedly took something from the store because you’re willing to uphold the policy, and they could have lost their lives.”
Jackassery logic at it’s finest, don’t punish black people for doing wrong, in case some cop shoots them, perhaps the moral of the story is, don’t commit crimes in the first place? oops talking common sense again I know.
An Indianapolis activist for Black Lives Matter, Satchuel Paigelyn Cole, has admitted to pretending to be black for years, coming forward after a local news report revealed the truth.
I have taken up space as a black person while knowing I am white,” Cole admitted this week in a Facebook post.
“I have used blackness when it was not mine to use. I have asked for support and energy as a black person.”
Cole, formerly known as Jennifer Benton and born to two white Indianapolis parents in 1975 – and who was born female but uses ‘they/them’ pronouns – changed her name in 2010 and began identifying as black.
Cole became active in black and LGBT groups, and was frequently interviewed by local media as a leader in the black community.
But Cole’s true background was exposed this week in an article by black online news outlet Black Indy Live. The article alleged that Cole also misappropriated thousands of dollars of activism funding received since 2018.
More recently, George Washington University history professor Jessica Krug admitted that she had been pretending to be black for almost her entire adult life.
Krug, who is white and grew up Jewish, also worked as an “Afro-Latina” activist in New York City under the alias Jess La Bombera.

Leaked documents involving about $2tn of transactions have revealed how some of the world’s biggest banks have allowed criminals to move dirty money around the world.

It’s the latest in a string of leaks over the past five years that have exposed secret deals, money laundering and financial crime.
The FinCEN files are more than 2,500 documents, most of which were files that banks sent to the US authorities between 2000 and 2017.
FinCEN is the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, these are the people at the US Treasury who combat financial crime.
Concerns about transactions made in US dollars need to be sent to FinCEN, even if they took place outside the US.
Suspicious activity reports, or SARs, are an example of how those concerns are recorded.

Laundering money is the process of taking dirty money – the proceeds of crimes such as drug dealing or corruption – and getting it into an account at a respected bank, where it will not be linked with the crime.

HSBC allowed fraudsters to move millions of dollars of stolen money around the world, even after it learned from US investigators the scheme was a scam.

Stephen F. Cohen, the leading American Russia expert of his generation and a celebrated historian of Russia and the Soviet Union, who became a vocal critic of Washington’s “new Cold War” with Moscow, has died at the age of 81.
Cohen succumbed to lung cancer at his home in Manhattan, on Friday, according to his wife Katrina vanden Heuvel, who is also the part-owner and publisher of The Nation magazine, where he worked as a contributing editor.
A native of Kentucky, he was a prolific and prominent scholar in his field, serving as a professor emeritus of Russian studies at Princeton University and New York University.
As a frequent visitor to Russia, Cohen became well-connected among leading Soviet dissidents, politicians and thinkers in the 1980s, even befriending Soviet premier Mikhail Gorbachev.
Cohen also advised former US President George Bush, senior, in the late 1980s, and assisted Anna Larina, the widow of Nikolai Bukharin, to rehabilitate her husband’s name during the Soviet era.
He had earlier written a biography of the journalist and politician, which argued that had Bukharin succeeded Vladimir Lenin as Bolshevik leader, rather than Joseph Stalin, the Soviet Union would have enjoyed greater openness, and perhaps even democracy.

A British businessman, formerly of MI6, is under investigation for allegedly selling information to undercover spies from China, a Whitehall official says.
Fraser Cameron, who runs the EU-Asia Centre think tank, is suspected of passing sensitive information about the EU to two spies allegedly posing as Brussels-based journalists.
He is alleged to have exchanged the information for thousands of Euros.
But Mr Cameron told The Times the allegations were “ridiculous”.
The businessman, who worked for Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service from 1976 to 1991, says he has no access to any “secret or confidential information”.
Mr Cameron, who has also worked for the Foreign Office and European Commission, Htold Politico that the allegations “are without foundation”, saying he has “a wide range of Chinese contacts as part of my duties with the EU-Asia Centre and some of them may have a double function”.
A senior Whitehall official, who asked not to be named, told the BBC the investigation had been a long-running joint inquiry between British and Belgian intelligence and claimed that a breakthrough had come in recent months.
He said this was a great example of how closely British intelligence worked with its European partners.
The BBC’s security correspondent Frank Gardner says there have been growing fears about the extent of covert Chinese intelligence-gathering in Europe, including over sensitive negotiations between the EU and Britain over Brexit.
Belgium’s state security service is quoted by the Financial Times as saying Mr Cameron’s alleged actions posed “a clear threat towards the European institutions” based in the Belgian capital.

A New York City Police Department officer has been charged with acting as an illegal agent for China.
Tibet-born Baimadajie Angwang is accused of reporting on the activities of Chinese citizens in the New York area, and assessing potential sources of intelligence in the Tibetan community.
The naturalised US citizen, who worked for the police department’s community affairs unit, was arrested on Monday.
If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of 55 years in prison.
According to prosecutors, Angwang is also employed by the US Army Reserve, working as a civil affairs specialist.
He is accused of being in contact with two officials at the Chinese consulate.
Aside from reporting on Tibetans in the city, he allegedly provided the consulate with access to senior NYPD officials through invitations to official events.

An Australian state leader on Tuesday described an Israeli court decision to extradite a former teacher wanted in Australia on charges of molesting children as a victory for abuse victims.
Daniel Andrews is premier of Victoria state where Malka Leifer is accused of molesting three sisters, Dassi Erlich, Nicole Meyer and Elly Sapper — while they were students at a Melbourne ultra-Orthodox school.
Andrews welcomed a Jerusalem District Court ruling on Monday, that Leifer could be extradited to Australia to stand trial for 74 charges of child sex abuse, potentially paving the way for the Israeli citizen to stand trial in Victoria after a six-year legal battle.
“This is a very, a very significant day for victims of child sexual abuse across our entire state, and to come, as it does, so close to Jewish New Year, can I say Shanah Tovah to Dassi Erlich and her sisters,” Andrews said, using a Hebrew New Year greeting.
“This is a really, really good outcome for victims of child sexual abuse, and to Dassi and her family, to her sisters and extended family, they have our praise, we admire them, their strength is an inspiration,” he added.
Andrews could not say if a trial would be expedited if Leifer returned to Melbourne, where the court system has been disrupted by a pandemic lockdown.
Cleveland, OH – United States Marshal Pete Elliott, Police Chief Calvin Williams, Sheriff David Schilling, East Cleveland Police Chief Scott Gardner, and Newburgh Heights Police Chief John Majoy announce the recovery of 35 children during of Operation Safety Net.
The U.S. Marshals Service has been working with its state and local partners over the past month, to locate and recover missing juveniles from the Cuyahoga County area.
A total of 35 missing and endangered children, between the ages of 13 and 18, were recovered during the operation.
A little more than 20% were tied to human trafficking cases, and those cases were referred to the Human Trafficking Task Force in Cuyahoga County.
Of the 40 missing cases referred to the Marshals Task Force only 5 cases remain open.
Members of the task force and its local partners will continue to work over the next several weeks to bring these 5 remaining children and other children to safety.
Jong Woo Son, 23, a South Korean national, was indicted by a federal grand jury in the District of Columbia for his operation of Welcome To Video, the largest child sexual exploitation market by volume of content.
The nine-count indictment was unsealed along with a parallel civil forfeiture action.
Son has also been charged and convicted in South Korea, and is currently in custody serving his sentence in South Korea.

The CIA launched its own federal lab and research and development branch on Monday.
CIA Labs makes the agency a possible research partner for the more than 300 other federal labs and academic experts.
The lab will also allow CIA officers to get patents and licenses for any intellectual property they create while working at the agency. The agents would then be able to take a portion of the profits, while the CIA will take the rest of the money, according to the MIT Technology Review.
Officers could make 15 percent of the total income with a maximum of $150,000 per year.
The research areas that CIA Labs cover will include artificial intelligence, bioscience, virtual and augmented reality, quantum computing and advanced materials and manufacturing, among others, according to a release.
“CIA Labs conducts multidisciplinary research, development, testing, and engineering to address new challenges; adapt, improve, or accelerate the production of existing solutions; and solve persistent scientific and technological problems in new ways,” the release said.
The CIA requests that other federal labs and academic leaders send in their ideas to work together via an online form.
Dawn Meyerriecks, the head of CIA’s directorate of science and technology, said in a statement that CIA Labs “will help us maintain our competitive edge and protect our nation.”
“Some phenomenal innovations have come from CIA over the years, and with CIA Labs, we’re now better positioned to optimize developments and further invest in our scientists and technologists,” she said.

Eventually enact phase 2 quarantines (~Oct-Nov 2020) on a even more extreme level and blame the protesters (mostly people who don’t trust their government already) for the cause of the “larger” 2nd wave (we told you so, it was too early, this is all your fault cause you needed a hair cut, your freedoms have consequences…).
Should this unfold in this manner the US Election would be canceled, delayed or suspended.
Enforce the phase 2 quarantines at a much more extreme level, increasing the penalty for defiance (replace fines with jail time), deem ALL travel as non-essential, increase checkpoints (including military assistance), increase tracking/tracing of the population (mandatory apps), take over control of food/gas (large scale shortages) so that people can only get access to essential products/services if they are FIRST given permission.
Keep the phase 2 lockdown in place for a much longer period of time then the phase 1 lockdown, continuing to destroy the global economy, further degrade the supply chain, and further amplify the food shortages, and alike.
Quell any public outrage using extreme actions/force and make anyone who defies them appear as public enemy #1 to those who are willing to submit.
After a rather long phase 2 lockdown (6+ months), roll-out the vaccination program + vaccine certification and make it mandatory for everyone (giving priority access to those that submitted from the start), and have those that are for it attack those that are against it saying they are a threat and the cause of all the problems (we can’t go back to normal until EVERYONE takes the vaccine… people defying them are hurting our way of life and therefore are the enemy).
If the majority of people go along with the agenda then let those people enter the new system (new normal) while limiting the minority that defy the agenda’s ability to work/travel/live.

What is the convergence? what is the transition? What happens at the end of the vortex? What is the east and west gate? are some of the questions asked about a recent show.
Now the loop is ending although it appears it has to play out to the end now, which will get ugly, painful and elements of doubts and stress thrown into the mix as well, it is ultimately one of triumph amongst the chaos that has and will unfold.
There are many aspects to life beyond the physical, that sadly too few on this planet comprehend or understand.
But when a whole solar system is ready for the next leap forward, it has to move to a different time space, space time and sometimes to another Universe to progress forward.
Universes are separated by a thin membrane that we can cross with this meat suit aligned with the soul and spirit package we have, other species largely cannot and why they piggy back us.
Despite their several and unending attempts to date, they have not been able to replicate this version of humanoid.
When a system is ready for expansion it goes through the G cloud which ensures organic life only, inorganic will not survive that field.
But the solar system needs to be in the right region of space to merge both the galaxy or solar system and the G cloud together to then create the boost to progress on a higher path and frequency.
Once that bond is completed and if we our developed enough, we have the potential to pass through the Universal membrane and into another Universe.
The those who inhabit that Universe they will see it as a burst of light forming, if it is a new Universe and scientists of the future unaware of what the remnants of gas, clouds and dust, they will record it as the Big Bang, of where everything in the Universe started.
Scientists hypothesize these passing through a membrane and returning, when operating at the cell level.
You start off with one cell, it briefly goes missing and then returns with two cells, those two go missing and return with four cells, and the process is repeated with the cells going missing and returning doubled in size.
This could be a process of time and space, it could also be a process that those cells go into other Universes, and also the possibility those cells go to Source and return, either way it is extraordinary in and of itself of the sheer possibilities we all possess.
Life is a precious resource, that is all too lightly taken for granted in this fast paced, greed, madness and chaos based world, until that life is taken away.
Then we ponder, and yes we should stop and ponder long and hard on ourselves and our impact in and on life.
Are our own actions, statements and behaviors conducive to ourselves and others? is something we should all take into account.
Whilst many paid their respects this week, some chose to ignore common decency and not pay respects and that says more about them than anything I could say.
Rivalry and bitterness serves no one except the dark forces who thrive on those divisions, and low vibrational frequencies.
