Governor Greg Abbott this week issued a disaster declaration along Texas’ southern border in response to the border crisis, providing more resources and strategies to combat the ongoing influx of unlawful immigrants.
The Governor is authorizing the use of all necessary and available state and local resources, to protect landowners in these counties from trespassers and the damage they cause to private property.
The Governor has also directed the Texas Department of Public Safety to enforce all federal and state criminal laws, including criminal trespassing, smuggling, and human trafficking.
The Governor directed the Texas Health and Human Services Commission to take all necessary steps to discontinue state licensure of any child care facility under a contract with the federal government that shelters or detains unlawful immigrants.
Additionally, the Governor directed the Texas Commission on Jail Standards and the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement, to work with Texas counties, to provide appropriate guidance and request any necessary waivers in order to give counties the flexibility needed, to establish adequate alternative detention facilities or otherwise add or expand capacity.
The Governor also directed these agencies to streamline procedures for licensing and transfers, and to address any staffing issues that may arise in expanding capacity.

Irish millionaires are set to receive Bank of Ireland notifications this week advising of “negative interest rates” on their savings.
The less well off are fearing the worst, expecting negative interest rates to be rolled out to all customers regardless of amount in savings.
Bank of Ireland have been sending notifications to all their customers this week.
The notification informs all their personal customers that changes have been made to allow Bank go Ireland to negative interest rates, positive interest rates and zero interest rates to some personal savings accounts.
The notification states that from 6th August 2021 Bank of Ireland are changing the terms and conditions on some personal current accounts and personal deposit accounts, to reflect that they can apply negative interest rates as well as positive and zero interest rates to these accounts.
Bank of Ireland go on to say that later this year, they intend to apply negative interest to personal customers with – on average – more than €1 million on deposit across all a customers accounts.
Last year, Bank of Ireland announced they were going to apply negative interest rates to some small business accounts.
So, what does this mean? with negative interest rates it means they can take extra money out of your account each month.
It is rumored to be 0.6% so half a cent, euro or penny for each unit of currency deposited in your account, each month.

US President Joe Biden is set to ban Americans from investing in dozens of Chinese tech and defence firms with alleged military ties.
The new executive order will come into effect on 2 August, hitting 59 firms including communications giant Huawei.
The list of firms will be updated on a rolling basis.
The move expands an order previously issued by ex-President Donald Trump.
Even before the official announcement, China suggested it would retaliate.
Under the new order, US investors will be banned from buying or selling publicly-traded securities for other companies including the China General Nuclear Power Corporation, China Mobile Limited and Costar Group.
It expands the previous list from 31 firms to include surveillance companies and is aimed at ensuring “US persons are not financing the military industrial complex of the People’s Republic of China,” one White House official said.

A private company on Tuesday took over the transmission and distribution operations of Puerto Rico’s power authority, which has struggled with blackouts and bankruptcy, corruption and mismanagement.
The takeover by Luma Energy under a 15-year contract coincided with the beginning of the Atlantic hurricane season, with many across Puerto Rico worried about the transition and whether the new company can handle a severe storm.
The U.S. territory is still struggling to recover from Hurricane Maria, which destroyed most of the power grid in September 2017.
“It is extraordinarily fragile and in very poor condition,” warned Wayne Stensby, CEO of Luma, a consortium made up of Calgary, Alberta-based Atco and Quanta Services Inc. of Houston.
However, Stensby said the company, which will serve all of the island’s roughly 1.5 million clients, has enough resources to handle a Category 2 hurricane and can bring in more equipment and workers if a stronger storm hits.
The agreement approved by the territory’s government and a federal control board calls for Luma to spend billions of dollars in upgrading the battered system, with most of that money coming from the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency, while receiving hundreds of millions of dollars for managing the system.
Officials are betting the private operator can do better than the island’s Electric Power Authority, which has struggled to restore the storm-battered electrical grid and keep power flowing while trying to cope with $9 billion in debt, more than that of any other government agency in Puerto Rico.
Even with privatization, most analysts expect the government and control board will be forced to agree to an eventual power rate increase to meet the demands of bondholders.
Meanwhile, the new company will inherit unresolved blackouts, with more than 30,000 customers left without power in recent weeks.
But critics have called on the government to cancel the deal.

Javaid Akhter, 71, has lived all his life in his 100-year-old ancestral house built by his grandfather.
The house is located just a few metres away from a famous Hindu temple in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh state.
Akhter, says Gorakhpur district officials, including the police, visited his house recently and took measurements of the surrounding land.

The latest escalation of fighting in Palestine/Israel highlighted the Israeli government’s backing of extremist Israeli settler groups, but new information now reveals that US charities are also funding them.
US President Joe Biden provided constant diplomatic backing for Netanyahu’s government, throughout its 11-day military operation against Gaza.
During this period, not a single word was uttered against the Jewish extremist groups tied to the Israeli government, that antagonized and dragged Israel into its conflict with not only Gaza but the entire Palestinian population.

Jewish Power’s leader, Itamar Ben-Gvir, was elected in this year’s Israeli election, and the party has been an ally of Israeli PM Netanyahu.
Ben-Gvir has also been indicted on charges of racism and inciting violence and was recently present in the neighbourhood of Sheikh Jarrah, in East Jerusalem, alongside his close ally Gopstein.
The purpose of the two figures presence in the disputed neighborhood was to agitate demonstrators, calling for a halt to the targeted ethnic displacement of Palestinians from the area.
Netanyahu failed to take any measures to prevent his ally Ben-Gvir from exacerbating the situation, which was slowly reaching boiling point.
The Lehava group follows the ideology of the deceased terrorist ideologue Meir Kahane.
Kahane founded the infamous Kach Party, which, despite making its way into the Israeli Knesset, was eventually banned and labelled a terrorist organization in both the US and Israel.
New information revealed by ‘HaBloc’, an Israeli anti-democratic activity-monitoring organization, has revealed that a complex web of nonprofit organisations in the US, as well as Israel, are linked to the funding of Kahanist groups.
According to the group’s research, US money is being used to fund groups of Jewish extremists.
Lehava is not a charitable organisation and is not open to direct contributions.
Therefore, according to HaBloc, money is funneled to it through the Israeli nonprofit, The Foundation for the Salvation of the People of Israel, and previously an Israeli fund called Chemla was linked to it until 2014.
HaBloc also claims that instead of directly funding Lehava, US money is funding a network around it, fueling its activities.
The two US tax-exempt charities, the Charity of Light and the American Friends of Yeshivat HaRa’ayon HaYehudi, fund Kahanist groups in Israel.
A common theme that, Americans funding death and destruction around the world, if it is not the Government and agencies, it is the people via their taxes and donations.

While we’ve seen notable opinion shifts on Israel among Democratic voters or young Jews, there can’t possibly be any cracks developing among evangelicals, right? There is actually.

Only 33.6% of young evangelicals (between the ages of 18 and 29) said they support Israel, 24.3% said they support Palestine, 42.2% said they support neither side in the conflict.
Compare this survey to a similar one that was carried out by UNCP professors just a few years ago, in 2018.
A staggering 69% of young evangelicals said they supported Israel back then, and just 5.6% said they supported the Palestinians, 25.7% didn’t take a side.
“Who is more responsible for the violence in the Mideast – Israel or Hamas?,” people were asked.
Here are the results: All: Hamas: 60% Israel: 40%,18-34: Israel: 60% Hamas: 40%,
35-49: Israel: 51% Hamas: 49%, 50-64: Hamas: 72% Israel: 28%,65+: Hamas: 76% Israel: 24%.
This is pleasing to see, the youth are not buying the old programs, the Israeli youth are rejecting religion also, which is the drive behind the violence, based on some books from eons ago, most of which is proven false.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has relaxed its rules for reporting work-related adverse events involving the COVID-19 vaccine, releasing employers from an earlier requirement that they report any incidents suffered by their employees due to a mandated vaccine.
In April, OSHA said on its website that any businesses that require the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of employment, are required to report adverse reactions that arise from an employee’s taking the vaccine.
If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment, then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related, whilst directing employers to follow standard reporting protocol in such cases.
Yet by this month, OSHA had reversed that determination, updating the guidance on its website to clarify that employers no longer have to make an entry in the business’s OSHA recordkeeping log, if an employee experiences a medical event due to the vaccine.

OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to dis-incentivize employers’ vaccination efforts.
Why? because OSHA and all other federal agencies are on kick backs until the system no longer has any use for them, then they will kill them all off, as dead people can’t talk.
As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements, to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022.

The common sense question is, is the OSHA employers lawsuits for mandated vaccines a trick on selected companies?

A Houston hospital has suspended 178 staff members who have refused to abide by its mandate that employees be fully vaccinated by Monday.
Nearly 25,000 of Houston Methodist’s staff members have been fully inoculated against Covid-19 as part of a vaccination requirement announced in April, Houston Methodist’s president, Dr. Marc Boom.
But 178 unvaccinated employees who did not get religious or medical exemptions were suspended without pay, including 27 who are only partly vaccinated.
Boycott the hospital and stop people using that hospital if there is another available, lets shun these medical assassins out of our communities.

The tiger parent is a neo-stereotype of modern Chinese society, as well as in overseas Chinese communities around the world.

The murder of Milcíades Contento marked the beginning of a nearly two-decade extermination campaign.
From 1984-2002, at least 4,153 UP members including two presidential candidates, 14 parliamentarians, 15 mayors, nine mayoral candidates, three members of the House of Representatives and three senators were murdered or disappeared, in what a Colombian court deemed was a political genocide.
According to data presented to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, the purge claimed more than 6,000 victims through murders, disappearances, torture, forced displacement and other human rights violations.
From May 1984 to December 2002, not a month passed without a murder or disappearance of a UP member.
In the 2002 elections that brought Álvaro Uribe to power, the Patriotic Union had been so thoroughly wiped out that it failed to meet the electoral threshold, and the government removed the party’s legal status.
According to a recent investigation by renowned Colombian journalist Alberto Donadio, the extermination of the Patriotic Union was devised by Betancourt’s successor, President Virgilio Barco Vargas, implementing a plan concocted by of one of the most decorated spies in Israeli history, Rafael ‘Rafi’ Eitan.

So who is Raphael Rafi Eitan?
Eitan was involved in Israeli espionage since the establishment of the state, Rafi Eitan is primarily remembered for capturing the Nazi war criminal Adolf Eichmann in Argentina.
However, he also played a central role in several of the Mossad’s most unsavory operations.
Eitan once remarked, all intelligence work is a partnership with crime, morals are put aside, indeed.
In 1965, Eitan advised Moroccan King Hassan II on how to abduct and murder the leftist politician Mehdi Ben Barka,

Fellow Mossad agent Robert Maxwell, father of Ghislaine Maxwell, child sex trafficker and partner of Jeffrey Epstein, sold the PROMIS technology to dozens of countries around the world, including Colombia.

According to a declassified CIA damage assessment, Eitan urged Pollard to obtain material on, signals intelligence and dirt on Israeli political figures, any information that would identify Israeli officials who were providing information to the United States, and any information on U.S. intelligence operations targeted against Israel.
According to a court document, Pollard refused some of Eitan’s requests because he suspected that Eitan would use such studies for improper political blackmail.
A classic agency tactic that, political blackmail is their forte.
The discovery of the spying operation landed Pollard in prison.
U.S. federal prosecutors named Eitan as one of four co-conspirators but declined to file charges, just like Epstein and several others of Jewish connections.
With Eitan at the center of a national embarrassment, he returned to Israel, never to set foot again in the U.S.
Nevertheless, Eitan’s elite status ensured he landed in a comfortable position, in the 1970s, he had served as deputy to Ariel Sharon, then national security advisor to Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.
Sharon, then a general in the army, arranged for Eitan to be appointed as president of Israel Chemicals, the largest state-owned company in the country.
This new position left Eitan with ample free time to leverage his experience in black ops, into a position as a clandestine national security adviser to Colombia’s president, Virgilio Barco Vargas.
With the Patriotic Union beginning to coalesce into a formidable political party, Barco looked for any way to stop them.
Eitan’s lifetime of experience waging war against the Palestinian peasant population made him the perfect man for the job.
Yet another seedy tale of agency clowns and their heinous deeds, they mentioned the Promis software and here is the story for that.

PROMIS (Prosecutors Management Information System) was a case management software developed by Inslaw (formerly the Institute for Law and Social Research), a non-profit organization established in 1973 by Bill and Nancy Hamilton.
Bill formerly worked for the NSA for 6 years.
The software program was developed with aid from the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration to aid prosecutors’ offices in tracking; in 1982 Inslaw became a for-profit entity, Inslaw received a $10 million contract by the Justice Department to develop an improved PROMIS application for U.S. attorneys’ offices.
Having previously developed a 16-bit version of PROMIS, Inslaw developed a 32-bit version, for various operating systems, specifically VAX, UNIX, IBM’s AS400, and in the 1990s Windows NT.
The Hamilton’s and the Justice Department engaged in a bitter contract dispute over the software, and Inslaw entered bankruptcy.
The Hamilton’s sued the federal government, alleging that the Justice Department had dishonestly conspired to drive Inslaw out of business through trickery, fraud and deceit, by withholding payments to Inslaw and then pirating the software.
A bankruptcy court and federal district court agreed with the Hamilton’s, although these rulings were later vacated by a court of appeals for jurisdictional reasons.
Hamilton and others asserted that the Justice Department had done so in order to modify PROMIS, originally created to manage legal cases, to become a monitoring software for intelligence operations.
Affidavits created over the course of the Inslaw affair stated that, PROMIS was then given or sold at a profit to Israel and as many as 80 other countries by Earl W. Brian, a man with close personal and business ties to President Ronald Reagan and Presidential counsel Edwin Meese.
In September 1992, a House Judiciary Committee report raised serious concerns that, Justice Department officials had schemed to destroy Inslaw and co-opted the rights to its PROMIS software and had misappropriated the software.
The report was the outgrowth of a three-year investigation led by Jack Brooks, the committee’s chairman, who had launched in investigation in 1989.
The report faulted the Justice Department for a lack of cooperation in the investigation and found that, there appears to be strong evidence, as indicated by the findings in two Federal Court proceedings as well as by the committee investigation, that the Department of Justice acted willfully and fraudulently, and took, converted and stole, Inslaw’s Enhanced PROMIS by trickery fraud and deceit.
A book written in 1997 by Fabrizio Calvi and Thierry Pfister claimed that the National Security Agency (NSA) had been seeding computers abroad with PROMIS-embedded SMART (Systems Management Automated Reasoning Tools) chips, code-named Petrie, capable of covertly downloading data and transmitting it, using electrical wiring as an antenna, to U.S. intelligence satellites” as part of an espionage operation.
So the smart system are chips embedded to spy on you.

There are many other evidences of hybridized words, any word that is extended is a hybrid word.
For example when the ist, ism, ence, ance are added to standard words, it becomes a hybrid form, like immune then add ology to form immunology that is hybridized, kitchen and ette to produce kitchenette is the same.
But then we come to another word that has crept into our vocabulary particularly since the documentary movie Terminator series, called cyborg.
Description of cyborg? “a man-machine hybrid, a human modified by integrated machinery to have extended powers,” 1960, a blend of the first elements of cybernetic and organism.
The 1960 part is the key, as yet again this technology is way in the past, not as projected as the future.

The word is Mongol, from the country is best known for Ghengis Khan (cohen) who is said to have sired thousands of children and was perhaps not human as we know it.
Scientists have linked many Asian genetics back to and a link with Ghengis Khan, including Jewish, in thinking terms does this make sense?
In biblical terms Ghengis Khan is like the Adam of the bible is he not? with so many having genetics all going back to him.
This in thinking terms leads me to think he was a genetic seeding program for a hybridized race, from humanoid we link to mongoloid.
Mongoloid 1868, adj. and noun, as a racial designation, literally “resembling the Mongols, resembling is the key word, to look like, which brings in the term, we will make man in our image, does it not?
Now here is another possible clue of whether this is correct, cross breeding does not always work, like incest can often produce deformed or maladjusted children.
Try the next term, Mongolian, in reference to the genetic defect causing mental retardation, which is a common trait of cross breeding.
Ghengis Khan was known for waging wars against the Rus and the Aryans, perhaps the term war monger now makes more sense?
The word monger also derives from mangian, which means to traffic or trade, mango means dealer, trader and slave trader.
Slave trader and trafficking related to the same word and race, who may well be a hybridized off world race, makes a whole lot of more sense also.
Nikola Tesla revealed that an earthquake which drew police and ambulances to the region of his laboratory at 48 E. Houston St., New York, in 1898, was the result of a little machine he was experimenting with at the time you could put in your overcoat pocket.

This is also how they built the giant monuments and building, matching the vibrational frequency of a building block changes the density of the block and you can move it in a much easier way than brute force lifting.

Three events three days apart delivering all the numbers as 3, 6 & 9.

Another version of the 12 + 1 emerged this week with the simple wall clock when combining numbers.
Starting with 12 + 1 = 13, 11 +2, 10 + 3, 9 + 4, 8 + 5, 7 + 6 all equaling 13, or 12 + 1.
By going counterwise clockwise and subtracting the opposite number on the clock also renders one number as well.
12 – 6, 11 – 5, 10 – 4, 9 – 3, 8 – 2, 7 – 1 all equals 6.
The 4 quarters of the clock all equal a 3, 6, 9 pattern also, 1/4 past the hour is 3, 1/2 past the hour is 6, 3/4 past the hour is 9 and top of the hour is twelve, 1 + 2 = 3 also.

Apple employees have launched a campaign to push back against Tim Cook’s plans for a widespread return to the office.
It follows an all-staff memo last week in which the Apple boss said, workers should be in the office at least three days a week by September, but staff are demanding more flexibility.
Apple’s policy has already forced some of our colleagues to quit, it said.
Problem, reaction, solution springs to mind here, and yet again people are walking into their own trap.
These tech companies want all machines, they don’t want the expensive running costs of people, as the bottom line is all these people care about.
They used the fake virus to push people into a comfort zone that home is better and safer, people got comfortable with it, or in overview lazy minded.
Lazy minded is a common human trait, and so everything unfolding before them is missed until it is too late.
This is why the savior program is all so seductive, it means those people don’t have to do anything, are you seeing the pattern now?
This brings up something I did in a piece a short while ago, convenience.
Convenience will be the peoples downfall, as for your convenience and laziness, they will phase out human workers and jobs, and replace them with machines.
Machines don’t answer back or argue, machines don’t require paying, machines are never off sick, machines don’t need vacations, machines don’t need to have 3 breaks in a day, machines can work 24/7, machines don’t require lengthy paperwork and filing.
So, for the bottom line only guy running a company, which would you choose? perhaps to them it is more convenient to replace you in your job with a machine?
Everything is becoming smart and convenient, but human’s by and large are not smart or savvy, due to a lack of oversight in life, or future thinking, and so ultimately for their convenience you will get smarted.
Smart means to burn or sting, is that the sting of the serpent again?
Life is not about accumulation, it’s about participation, so lets participate, lets cooperate and lets congregate.

An update of the TPC community or village for this week.
Two more members came out and visited the site, both loved it and both want to move there.
Two more members are now engaging with the land owners about the purchase of lots there, with a third one also interested.
This adds to the 5 or 6 people who are potentially going ahead with land purchases or moving there.
We have gained much more clarity of what the full costs are of moving there and many other potentials.
Our grant team is working on getting grants for the TPC for numerous projects for the first village first, then will move onto a potential second village once that develops more.
I can now announce the first land lot is now under contract and will close shortly, next step is some land improvements and then it will be ready for the house.
All being well the first occupants should be in by August.
Many of our group now are experiencing or have experienced discontent with their love partners at the moment.
Some have left and some are leaving, some are pondering on doing it.
I mentioned this would happen as far back as May 2015, I have made several other veiled references to it along the way, and a cryptic line of maybe the frequencies of the past are now returning.
So, what is the cause of these splits in relationships?
The answer is simple, but also hard to accept and comprehend at times, but don’t react to it, ponder on it and arrive at the conclusion.
This world has a pandemic of low vibration, low self worth and insecurity people, these are the vast majority of descriptions of people around the world, it is the real pandemic and why we have to stop dragging each other down, and lift each other up.
People met each other because they were both low vibration, low self worth and insecure people, it is the magnetic attraction effect, the frequency effect, you were attracted to the same frequency.
When you understand everything is about frequency, this makes more sense.
But, here is the kicker, love is a higher vibrational frequency, so how can love operate in a low vibrational field? the answer is it can’t.
It is a version of love we adapted to on a low vibrational scale, but it’s not real love, it is a copy, a mirror image, an illusion of what is real.
We have spoke in the past of you either choose love or fear, fear is low vibrational and an absence of love, love is higher vibrational and an absence of fear.
So, you cannot love in a low vibrational, low self worth and personally insecure status or frequency, you are only imagining it.
How do we know that? because they tell you in their words, they tell you to fall in love or you fell in love.
Why do you need to fall to be in love, you don’t and you can’t, so we all need to rise to be in love, change the terminology I rose in love, I have risen in love, I have elevated in love.
Many of our members have gone from those low vibrational states into a higher vibrational state, they have shifted from the fear realm to the love realm, but their partners haven’t matched that change, and so their partners are seen in a different light, which is also a frequency, and no longer have that magnetic attraction anymore.
Those that seek new partners must be aware that, your field of matching partners are very few, it is a lonely space.
But don’t despair should that be the case, it gives you more time to develop, process, heal the self and when the time is right, he or she will arrive.
Given the low numbers of elevated frequency people, maybe in purely overview terms the polyamorous lifestyles will be the way forward?
Not polygamy which is marrying two people, marriage is a binding agreement and in an overview way encourages ownership. This is the description of polyamorous.
A polyamourous relationship is a relationship that involves multiple people involved with one another, with everyone understanding each other.
Sounds like the TPC village, it does not have to mean a sexual union, just caring and sharing.
A lifestyle with more than one partner can teach one to love themselves in different perspectives, and can teach one how to love others deeply all at the same time, in a way that involves loving one another together.
Polyamorous relationships are not solely about sex, but rather what one person could give you emotionally, and in terms of connection that the other person could not.
If one can not feel these connections towards that person, there could not be an attraction sexually.
It is interesting to note that the Millenials, known to some as starseeds, or those that came in with more memory and extra DNA are highly open and prevalent in polyamorous circles, maybe that is telling us something?
With extra memory these are known as born in sin, the god of knowledge is Sin, we are their predecessors as we are the sin eaters.
This must not also be mistaken for open relationships either, the term open relationship means one or both partners are seeking external sexual partners, this is not the way for polyamorous relationships.
Polyamory is about multiple relationships intertwining based on love and emotional connections, which is no different to our TPC memes, or in overview the interconnectedness of combining our PSI fields.
