The Fed is about to conduct its annual stress test on the largest US banks, measuring their ability to manage events like a drop in real estate, and other asset prices coupled with a surge in unemployment, while still paying their shareholders dividends for four successive quarters.
This year’s stress test will feature a six-point surge in unemployment to 10%, paired with a 40% collapse in commercial real-estate and other asset prices, along with growing corporate bond spreads.
Banks will be graded based on their ability to weather the simulated recession, while still making four quarters of planned shareholder dividends.
The last line says it all, whilst still paying the shekel based shareholders their dividends.
All banks are bankrupt, so why even bother with these fake tests?

Two US senators have raised concerns that the CIA is again spying upon unwitting Americans.
The agency has secretly conducted warrantless surveillance through a newly disclosed programme, Senators Ron Wyden and Martin Heinrich alleged.
In a letter to intelligence officials, the two Democrats called for declassifying details of the programme.
Government data collection has been the subject of much controversy in the US.
Officially, the CIA and NSA have a foreign surveillance mission, and domestic spying is prohibited by the CIA’s 1947 charter.
The foreign surveillance is in relation to the 5 eyes group, they all spy for each other and share the data, which then gets around their countries laws.
But in 2013, a programme of data collection using extensive internet and phone surveillance by American intelligence was disclosed to the public by Edward Snowden, a CIA contractor-turned whistle-blower.
A Washington Post analysis of the Snowden leak found some 90% of those being monitored were ordinary Americans, caught in a net the NSA had cast for somebody else.
Top officials had until then denied and even lied under oath to Congress, that they were knowingly collecting such data.
The programme, known as Prism, was later ruled unlawful by a US court.
The CIA released a declassified report on one of the programmes on Thursday, but declined to declassify the other, citing the need to protect sensitive tradecraft methods and operational sources.
But Mr Wyden, of Oregon, and Mr Heinrich, of New Mexico, said by failing to do so the agency was undermining democratic oversight, and posing risks to the long-term credibility of the Intelligence Community.

The administrations of about a dozen Dutch universities, have reportedly demanded their staff hand over information on their relationships over the past 10 years with a long list of Jewish and Israeli institutions, following a request by a Netherlands-based NGO, the Rights Forum.
The news was reported by the Dutch-Jewish media outlet NIW on Thursday, I guess the Dutch like every other nation is not allowed their own media.
The request obtained and cited by the paper, asks the academic institutions whether they would share documents and information about their dealings with various Jewish entities, including Israeli universities, institutions, and companies, as well as contacts with organizations promoting support for the State of Israel, NIW reported.
The Rights Forum appeared to be particularly interested in student exchanges the Dutch universities had with Israeli educational institutions, but the list of Jewish organizations of concern did not stop at that.
It also included the US-based Anti-Defamation League, the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, the Simon Wiesenthal Center, and even the Dutch government’s office of the National Coordinator for Fighting Anti-Semitism.
The request sparked an uproar from various Jewish associations in the Netherlands and beyond.
Dutch Chief Rabbi Binyomin Jacobs said, this reeks of anti-Semitism, but it comes as no surprise to me given this group’s reputation.

David Alexander Zegarac, allegedly sped off to try and escape after the attack on Feb. 4, 2022, which injured four people.
He ran multiple lights and resisted arrest when he was finally caught around 40 minutes later.
Zegarac was the frontman of the antifa punk band Brat Attack until the record label dropped the group because of multiple accusations of sexual assault against Zegarac in 2015.
One of the accusers said she was only 13 when he groomed her and raped her.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has invoked the Emergencies Act for the very first time in Canadian history, citing the threat to the safety, order and the economy allegedly posed by Freedom Convoy truckers and their sympathizers, protesting his Covid-19 restrictions.
What is the Emergencies Act?
Adopted in 1988, the Emergencies Act authorizes the federal government in Ottawa to temporarily claim extraordinary powers in response to an emergency, that seriously endangers the lives, health or safety of Canadians and is of such proportions or nature as to exceed the capacity or authority of a province to deal with it.
Has it been used before?
The Emergencies Act had never been invoked before.
The Canadian state broadcaster CBC called its invocation on Monday unprecedented.
Its previous version, the War Measures Act of 1914, had been used three times previously, in response to the First World War, the Second World War, and the October Crisis of 1970, when French-speaking separatists in the province of Quebec abducted a member of parliament.
The PM who invoked it at that point was Pierre Elliott Trudeau, the current PM’s father.

How long will it last?
The emergency went into effect on Monday afternoon and is initially supposed to be in effect for 30 days, though it could be extended.

Austria and Belgium have banned such convoys from entering their capitals, with similar demonstrations also emerging in Australia, New Zealand and the Netherlands.

French President Emmanuel Macron refused a Russian Covid test ahead of his meeting with Russia’s Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin has confirmed.
The test required a health protocol that was unacceptable and did not fit with the French leader’s schedule, a French source told the BBC.
It follows reports that Mr Macron refused the PCR test over fears the Russians would get hold of his DNA.
The leaders subsequently held a socially-distanced meeting on Monday.
So, everyone else has to take the test apart from those who make these rules up?

Democratic California officials have introduced a bill which would force businesses to require their employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or face fines and other penalties.
California State Assemblywoman Buffy Wicks introduced the bill on Thursday alongside fellow Democratic assembly members Cecilia Aguiar-Curry, Evan Low, and Akilah Weber.
This bill would require an employer to require each person who is an employee or independent contractor, and who is eligible to receive the Covid-19 vaccine, to show proof to the employer, or an authorized agent thereof, that the person has been vaccinated against Covid-19, the bill proposed.
Exempting only those with a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief, that would prevent them from getting vaccinated.
How is it when many other places this scamdemic is being closed down, but New York and California are ramping it up?
Something the people of both States need to seriously ask the question, and demand answers.
The Hershey company is firing all its unvaccinated employees, confirming that it is an evil corporation that denies faith-based exemptions from deadly vaccines.

Their opening statement of one nasal drop enough for Covid infection, could equally have been, one nasal drop not enough for Covid infection, given that almost half of the study participants did not become infected, even though they had the virus literally dropped into their noses.
But the fear program sells and formulates opinion with fake headlines.
Around half-way through the article, the discerning reader might notice that only half of those exposed to one nasal droplet actually became infected.
The Guardian knows, of course, that most readers don’t make it that far.
The article is about an interesting human challenge study conducted in the UK on 36 young, healthy volunteers between the ages of 18 and 29, none of whom had evidence of prior Covid infection or vaccination.
They all submitted to having wild-type SARS-CoV-2 intranasally inoculated and were then placed in quarantine, with constant medical monitoring including regular PCR and lateral flow testing.
After excluding two trial participants who became seropositive after screening, the results were that 18 volunteers (53 percent) became infected, and 16 did not.
The viral load in those who became infected rose steeply, peaking at around five days post-inoculation.
Viable virus was recoverable from the nose up to 10 days post-inoculation, however, meaning that the volunteers could still transmit the virus to others until that point.
Not one of the 34 who completed the trial became seriously ill, nor were any adverse events recorded.
12 people developed issues with taste and smell.
All of which means Covid is no worse than a common cold.

In a little-known story that garnered almost no attention in the corporate media, Dutch insurer Aegon revealed its third quarter, 2021 life insurance payouts skyrocketed 258% compared to third quarter, 2020 payouts.
The difference, of course, is found in Covid vaccines.
In 2020, vaccines weren’t yet available, so payouts for Aegon only reached $31 million.
But after three quarters of aggressive vaccinations throughout 2021, the death benefit payouts hit $111 million, an increase of 258%.
U.S. insurers MetLife and Prudential Financial also said life insurance claims rose.
South Africa’s Old Mutual used up more of its pandemic provisions to pay claims, and reinsurer Munich Re raised its 2021 estimate of Covid-19 life and health claims to 600 million Euros from 400 million.
Insurance companies are slowly coming to realize the truth about Covid vaccines, even as the complicit, murderous mainstream tries to cover up the accelerating deaths.
The death signals now emerging in the finances of insurance companies can’t simply be swept under the rug, and given that a 258% increase was recorded for Q3, 2021, it begs the obvious question: How much worse will this be for Q4, 2021? Or Q1, 2022?
On any normal pre-Covid day in America, about 7,700 people die.
If those deaths rise by 100%, that means an extra 7,700 people are dying each day.
Multiply that over one year, and it’s an additional 2.8 million deaths.
Note this is for merely a 100% increase in deaths, as Aegon is reporting a 258% increase in payouts on life insurance policies.
Although Aegon doesn’t insure the entire country, obviously, this data point should be raising alarms among those people paying attention.

The university published this guide with links to sources stating that some people may identify as felines, and others could use emojiself pronouns, which refers to the use of emojis to express a pronoun, which can be gender neutral.
According to the LGBTA Wiki the guide linked out to, someone who is catgender may use nya/nyan pronouns, Nya/nyan means meow in Japanese.
Catgender is also described as someone who strongly identifies with cats or other felines, or experiences delusions relating to being a cat or other feline.
I thought catgender just meant you had a pussy, as Molly Slocombe said, can I stroke your pussy?
Reactions to this guide have ranged from confused to outraged, with some referring to it as beyond satire and embarrassing.
Trans campaigner Debbie Hayton has sarcastically tweeted that she’ll be using eye roll and angry emojis for her emojiself pronouns.
It brings the whole concept of being a transsexual and transitioning in society into disrepute, we didn’t ask for this, Pronouns are there to describe what we see and what we know.

It featured interviews with people of various races who discussed the racial justice components of cartoon emojis, and whether it was okay for white people to use dark-skinned or neutral yellow characters.
Some white people may choose the yellow thumbs up emoji because it feels neutral, but some academics argue opting out of the white thumbs up emoji signals a lack of awareness about white privilege, akin to society associating whiteness with being race less, the article stated.

2,500 Indians who lose their lives to lightning every year, lightning strikes have killed more than 100,000 people in the country between 1967 and 2019, according to official data.
This is more than a third of fatalities caused by natural hazards during this period.
Survivors might have to live with symptoms such as weakness, dizziness and memory loss, but the number of strikes have also risen sharply.
India recorded more than 18 million lightning strikes between April 2020 and March 2021, according to a study by Climate Resilient Observing Systems Promotion Council.

Satellite data gathered by the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology also shows strikes had increased rapidly between 1995 and 2014.

Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre, who accused the royal of sexual abuse, have reached an out of court settlement.
According to court documents filed Tuesday, Andrew will donate funds to Giuffre’s charity in support of victims of sexual assault.
The amount was not disclosed.
Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Giuffre’s character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks, a filing reads.
The documents also say Prince Andrew regrets his friendship with Jeffery Epstein, who introduced him to Giuffre.
Giuffre will be seen now as the girl who sold out for the money, all the children who have suffered under these pedophile abusers.
Giuffre is no better than the pedos in my opinion.
Documents obtained under Freedom of Information laws by RT investigative unit The Detail include startling records revealing how, the US Bureau of Prisons moved to shut down any and all public debate about the cause of Jeffrey Epstein’s death.
Along the way, evidence was distorted, material facts ignored, and key anomalies unexplored and unpublicized.
After being found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center on August 10, 2019, the records show that the Bureau issued statements to journalists and Epstein’s family categorically stating he’d committed suicide.
The result was international news outlets universally and unquestioningly reporting that Epstein had taken his own life from the word go, despite the Chief Medical Examiner Barbara Sampson having reached no conclusion at that time, and making clear in a statement the next day that the investigation was open and ongoing.
Classic media tactics, get the statement out and repeat it, ignoring any sort of journalistic questioning and the bot people have their story to repeat.
It was not until August 16 that Sampson publicly declared Epstein’s death had been a suicide.
The ruling was contested by leading forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden, who’d been hired by the billionaire’s brother to monitor the autopsy process.
Speaking to the Miami Herald two months later, he charged that the autopsy did not support suicide, and that the pathologist who conducted it had recorded this.
Then Dr. Sampson changed it a week later, the manner of death to suicide.
His brother has been trying to find out why that changed.
What was the evidence?
Since when have the authorities or treasonous media ever concerned themselves with evidence to back their claims?
Clearly the Israeli junta and the DNC criminals leaned heavily on Dr. Sampson to change his report.
No clarity on these questions has been forthcoming in the years since, although one rationale for the apparent volte-face may have been a shock Washington Post report a day prior to Sampson’s announcement.
Sources familiar with the autopsy told the paper that the process had revealed several bones in Epstein’s neck, including the hyoid, were broken, and such breakages are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation than hanging.
Another explanation may be the then-ongoing psychological reconstruction of Epstein’s death compiled by Robert Nagle, the BOP national suicide prevention coordinator.
Files released to The Detail by the Bureau record how Nagle, whose name is redacted in the files arrived at the Metropolitan Correctional Center on the morning of August 13 to commence his investigation.
In his resultant report, Nagle noted that a video of an unspecified nature related to the significant incident, was confiscated by the FBI prior to the review being initiated.
He also said he’d been unable to conduct formal interviews with prison staff, to avoid interference with pending investigations by the Justice Department, and that much of the information typically gathered in psychological reconstructions was not available.
So, the FBI and Justice Department where involved in the cover up as well it seems.
These constraints severely limited the ability to establish accurate timelines, confirm subjective reports, establish converging and diverging lines of facts, or discover new areas of inquiry, Nagle wrote.
For example, he was quite amazingly unable to piece together a detailed description of what the officers found when they discovered Epstein, as they did not write memorandums and could not be interviewed.
Furthermore, as no pre-sentence report on Epstein had been completed prior to his death, numerous sections of the reconstruction, such as a review of the inmate’s social history, were avowedly incomplete in their appraisal.
Still, despite this glaring lack of hard evidence, the document ruled conclusively that Epstein had indeed committed suicide.
His decision was attributed to being unable to sleep due to an inability to tolerate the noise of prison, plus the recent unsealing of thousands of records related to his 2008 conviction on child sex offenses, and the prospect of spending the rest of his life in prison.
Sound enough reasoning, one might think though in building his case, Nagle drew repeated attention to Epstein declaring himself on several occasions to be a coward, in the weeks prior to his alleged suicide as indicative of suicidal intent.
It’s certainly true the prisoner was recorded making such statements, but explicitly in the context of denying any intention, or even ability, to kill himself.
He said he is not the type who likes pain or would ever attempt to harm himself, one psychological assessment noted, he even does not like when he has to give blood.
This can only be considered a staggeringly dishonest inversion of Epstein’s comments, although Nagle’s manipulations went unremarked upon, in an internal review of the reconstruction by Metropolitan Correctional Center Warden Marti Licon-Vitale.
Nonetheless, in a section marked documentation accuracy she took aim at the failure of officials to log an incident report in a timely fashion, and seemingly submitting conflicting reports on the same incident.
Professional responsibility requires taking into account multiple descriptions of an incident as noted in your response.
However, when discrepancies exist these should be compiled and noted in documentation to decrease the likelihood of conflicting conclusions, she wrote.
Preconceived notions challenge the ability to remain open about alternative explanations.
Please develop and provide local training for all staff, that at a minimum reviews the timeframe for writing incident reports and offers guidance when there is not clear evidence of an infraction.
While the specific episode criticized by Licon-Vitale is entirely redacted, one can infer that this section refers to the bizarre facts documented by The Detail in the first installment of this investigative series.

In brief, the initial incident report on Epstein’s alleged suicide on July 23, 2019 referred to hanging/asphyxiation, but another filed a week later was inexplicably amended to include self-mutilation by laceration, leading to him being disciplined for a penal code breach.
These grievances aside, Nagle’s reconstruction was received with much delight by BOP higher ups.
In an internal email dated August 23, the agency’s director Hugh Hurwitz effusively praised his outstanding work, remarking it was unbelievable all you report without the benefit of interviews or video.
Indeed, all of which reveals it was a prepared script.
This email is ironic in the extreme, for it truly is unbelievable that a conclusive ruling of suicide could be reached, without access to basic and vital evidence.
Four days earlier, Hurwitz was dismissed from his post by Attorney General William Barr without warning.
Could this be attributable to attempting to shape the narrative on Epstein’s death, before the Federal Bureau of Investigation or Justice Department Inspector General had completed their respective probes of the case?
Whatever the truth of the matter, there is another supremely curious feature of the psychological reconstruction, never hitherto publicized by any official or media outlet.
A review of financial transactions associated with Epstein’s prison stay revealed, that one of his attorneys was depositing funds into the commissary account of Efrain ‘Stone’ Reyes, Epstein’s final cellmate, for unknown reasons.
He was bought off to buy into the story of suicide is why.
This may account for why Reyes became a person of interest in the FBI’s investigation and was duly questioned.
He reportedly feared that cooperating with the Bureau might affect him negatively, but in return for his help, he was moved to a minimum security correctional center in Queens, New York, which housed high-value cooperating witnesses like rapper Tekashi69.
How convenient, or he was let out of jail altogether for cooperating in the conspiracy.
Expect Reyes to turn up dead or used as an MK Ultra assassin in a public display.
While there, he was reportedly interviewed personally by Attorney General William Barr, as part of the Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General’s probe, who thanked him for his input.
Strangely, though, the department has refused to confirm or deny the claim, while Kerri Kupec, its former spokesperson, charges that it’s 100% false.
Almost a year to the day later, it was reported that the Inspector General report on Epstein’s death was nearing completion, with a Justice Department investigator suggesting all the team had left to do was dot their I’s and cross their T’s, and stating they’d be surprised if it’s not released in the next 30 days or so.
Whether it will shed any light on the countless serious matters raised by the declassified Bureau of Prisons documents is anyone’s guess, although in light of the revelation Reyes was in receipt of funds from Epstein’s lawyers, The Detail has lodged a request with relevant authorities for the seal to be reconsidered.
Right on cue, Reyes died in September 2020, five months after being released from the prison, due to a facility-wide Covid-19 outbreak, purportedly through complications arising from the virus.

Subsequently, his niece told mainstream news outlets her uncle had frequently voiced intense skepticism that the six-foot Epstein, could not have hung himself from the bunk frames in the cell, as they simply weren’t tall enough.
In January 2021, federal prosecutors ruled that all records related to Reyes would remain sealed, what a surprise that is – not.
Despite requests for disclosure from journalists, due to the potential impact on issues allegedly unrelated to Epstein.
In dismissing the request, authorities listed information concerning the billionaire included in all files related to Reyes, which ran to two pages, all of it redacted.
The dastardly plot thickens, and yet another example of all the authorities working together to cover up criminals acts.

A US spymaster inadvertently helped the Nazis develop one of the most effective disinformation campaigns of the Second World war, by spreading rumours about Hitler’s plans for a Where Eagles Dare-style Alpine redoubt, a historian with access to classified US military records has found.
The myth that the Nazis were amassing weapons and crack units of 100,000 fanatical soldiers in the spring of 1945, for a last stand in the Austro-Bavarian Alps was without any basis in fact, but had a powerful hold on the imagination of American and British military leaders, who feared it could prolong the war for years.
Isn’t it strange the same figure of 100K troops amassed is now the pretext for another war? it is not a cohencidence.
Thomas Boghardt, a German historian at the US Army Center of Military History in Washington DC, argues in a new book that, the myth of an Alpine Nazi fortress was not a crucial factor behind American forces abandoning the race to Berlin, in favor of a southward push but was one that US spycraft had a hand in making.
The Nazi leadership first got wind of allied fears of a mountaintop last stand in 1944, after the SS’s intelligence service intercepted a cable sent from the US embassy in Berne, Switzerland.
Remember the head of the CIA is in Switzerland, whilst this was pre CIA of America, this next passage will confirm their involvement.
As Boghardt shows in Covert Legions: US Army Intelligence in Germany 1944-1949, the message had most likely been sent by Allen Dulles, later the head of the CIA during the Bay of Pigs invasion fiasco, but at the time the Berne station chief for the Office of Strategic Services (OSS).
British intelligence had discovered that the special cipher used to secure Dulles’s communications had been compromised, but the American spymaster continued to ignore their warnings, driving one irate British agent to despair.
Dulles, who went on to be the first civilian Director of the CIA, who also it’s longest serving director to date, who over saw the Iranian coup of 1953, the Guatemalan coup of 1954, who over saw Project MK Ultra the CIA’s mind control program, and who was fired by John F.
