“While governments in other countries have built real-time payments systems, the United States has relied on our innovation sector to deliver real-time payments technologies.
Some of those technologies are built and managed by bank consortia and some are based on independent node verification networks such as blockchains,” said Acting Comptroller of the Currency Brian P. Brooks.
“The President’s Working Group on Financial Markets recently articulated a strong framework for ushering in an era of stablecoin-based financial infrastructure, identifying important risks while allowing those risks to be managed in a technology-agnostic way.
Our letter removes any legal uncertainty about the authority of banks to connect to blockchains as validator nodes, and thereby transact stablecoin payments on behalf of customers who are increasingly demanding the speed, efficiency, interoperability, and low cost associated with these products.”
The OCC just told US banks that they must treat permissionless, open source blockchains like Bitcoin and Ethereum the same way they treat SWIFT, ACH and FedWire.
Oh and also, there is FinCen putting up kyc walls for crypto effectively de-platforming it as US currency asset.

US President-elect Joe Biden has accused the US defence department of “irresponsibility” for failing to give his team the information it needs for the transition of power.
He said his team had encountered “obstruction from the political leadership”.
Mr Biden also claimed that agencies critical to US security had suffered “enormous damage” under Donald Trump.
A Pentagon spokesman said it had been “completely transparent”.
Mr Biden takes office on 20 January but President Trump has refused to concede.

After Mr. Trump finally agreed to allow the formal transition process last month, Mr Biden praised the White House for its help in the process.

In a speech which he posted on Twitter, Mr Biden said his team was facing “roadblocks” in the defence department and the Office of Management and Budget.
“Right now, we just aren’t getting all the information that we need from the outgoing administration in key national security areas,” he said.
“It’s nothing short, in my view, of irresponsibility.”
The president-elect added that his team needed a “clear picture of our force posture around the world” and that US adversaries could exploit any confusion that resulted.

A woman in the UK was arrested by police after she filmed a video inside an almost completely empty hospital and posted it online.
The clip shows the woman walking through virtually empty corridors and filming empty wards at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
“This is a disgrace…it is so dead…all the people in our country desperately waiting for treatment, cancer treatment heart disease, honestly this is making me so angry,” she states as she films a row of empty waiting chairs.
The woman expressed shock at how quiet the hospital was, saying she expected there to be “a few more people around, there’s absolutely nobody.”
Did she get thanked for highlighting that? no!! she was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence.
Suspicion of, what an interesting fascist term that is, you can make anything up with terms like that, how is suspicion of in those circumstances breaking the law.

The massive annual defense authorization measure now will become law.

“Efforts to involve the U.S. armed forces in resolving election disputes would take us into dangerous, unlawful and unconstitutional territory,” wrote the former Defense secretaries.
“Civilian and military officials who direct or carry out such measures would be accountable, including potentially facing criminal penalties, for the grave consequences of their actions on our republic,” they added.

China will overtake the US to become the world’s largest economy by 2028, five years earlier than previously forecast, a report says.
The UK-based Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) said China’s “skilful” management of Covid-19 would boost its relative growth compared to the US and Europe in coming years.

The forced cremation of a 20-day-old Muslim baby in Sri Lanka has highlighted the government’s controversial order to burn the bodies of all those who died of Covid.
Critics say the decision is not based in science and only intended to target the minority community.
Mohamed Fahim and his wife Fathima Shafna were thrilled when their baby boy Shaykh was born on 18 November after a six-year wait.
But their joy was short-lived, on the night of 7 December, they noticed the baby was struggling to breathe.
They rushed him to the capital Colombo’s best children’s hospital, the Lady Ridgeway.
“They told us the baby was in a severe condition and was suffering from pneumonia, but then, around midnight, they did an antigen test and told us the baby was positive for corona virus,” Mohamed Fahim.
Doctors then tested Mr Fahim and his wife but they were both negative.
“I asked how my baby was positive when both of us, even the mother who was breastfeeding him, were negative?”
Mr Fahim you do realize it is a crime to ask a common sense question to a public supported corporation these days.
Despite tears and pleas, the anxious couple were sent home by officials who said more tests were needed, they were told to call the hospital for updates.
The next day, they were informed that their baby had died of Covid.
Mr Fahim repeatedly asked doctors to conduct a PCR test to reconfirm this, but they refused.
Then, doctors asked him to sign a document authorising the cremation of their child, as required by law in Sri Lanka.
Mr Fahim refused: the cremation of bodies is forbidden in Islam, considered a form of mutilation, forbidden by Allah.
Muslims also believe in the resurrection of the physical body, and cremation is thought to prevent this.
This has the hallmarks of child trafficking or body parts to me, basic medical procedures and questioning denied.
As for the cremation, that is a parents choice not the state’s choice.

A recently elected US lawmaker has died from Covid-19 – the first member of the US Congress to die from the disease.
On December 18, 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Rep-Luke Letlow announced that he had tested positive for the virus. He was hospitalized in Monroe, after his condition deteriorated, he was transferred to the intensive care unit of Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport on December 23.
On December 29, Letlow died of complications of COVID-19 at the age of 41, five days before he was scheduled to be sworn into office.
The hospital reported that he had no underlying conditions when admitted but died in the ICU of a heart attack after a procedure.

“I have passed out probably six times in the past six weeks… it’s common for me,” Dover said.
Is her name really Tiffany Dover or Ben Dover and take shit.
No proof she said those words, and the common sense questions are, why would you employ a nurse with a history of blackouts? and why haven’t the hospital cured it?

But, we want you to have your choice,” said Peo.
There’s been a bill proposed in the New York State Assembly that would require New Yorkers to get the vaccine in certain situations.
The irony is BLM and Trump supporters both rallying in the same region I wonder what that will lead to? I guess we found out at Capitol on Wednesday.

Pfizer warned today there is ‘no data’ to show a single dose of its corona virus vaccine provides long-term protection, after the UK scrapped its original jab rollout plan.
The UK medical regulator is now recommending Covid jabs are given in two doses three months apart, rather than over the intended four-week period, to allow millions more people to be immunized over a shorter time period.
That suggests to me with public opinion against these vaccines and the likelihood like the MMR the 2nd one is more potent, they are frightened too many adverse reactions will unfold.
They will use the excuse in 3 months time and said the vaccine wasn’t effective because it needs to be 4 weeks apart, and so we will have to lockdown and vaccinate you all again.

‘Data from the phase three study demonstrated that, although partial protection from the vaccine appears to begin as early as 12 days after the first dose, two doses of the vaccine are required to provide the maximum protection against the disease, a vaccine efficacy of 95 per cent,’ Pfizer said in a statement.
‘There are no data to demonstrate that protection after the first dose is sustained after 21 days.’

The interpretation comes from The New York Post, which says the flu deaths are down two-thirds from the five-year average. Federal estimates show no flu deaths for the week ending October 17th, compared to the average of 17 fatalities for the period. The state and the city recorded no flu deaths, matching the five-year average for each.

Just 388 people aged under 60 with no underlying health conditions have died of Covid-19 in England’s hospitals since the start of the pandemic, NHS data has showed.
The figures show that 1,979 previously healthy people died in hospitals in England after testing positive for Covid-19 between April 2 and December 23.
Just 338 of these people were aged 40 to 59, with another 44 aged between 20 and 39, and just six under the age of 19, according to the data.

Many employees at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., have reservations about taking the COVID-19 vaccine, and CEO Anita Jenkins is trying to get workers to follow her lead by getting vaccinated, according to CNN.
The hospital, a major healthcare provider for the Black community, received 725 doses of the Pfizer vaccine Dec. 15 and expects to receive a second shipment this week.
As of Dec. 18, only about 600 of the hospital’s 1,900 employees had signed up for the shots, according to Kaiser Health News.
“There is a high level of mistrust and I get it,” Ms. Jenkins told Kaiser Health News. “People are genuinely afraid of the vaccine.”
The vaccination numbers, though low, still exceeded expectations, Ms. Jenkins told CNN.
An internal hospital survey of about 350 employees in early November showed that 70 percent were not willing to take the COVID-19 vaccine or would not take it immediately after it became available.
Ms. Jenkins received the shot Dec. 15 in hopes of inspiring staff to get vaccinated.
So, if Ms. Jenkins advocates it, add her name to an indemnity form for the vaccine, she then becomes personally responsible for adverse effects, should you have to take it.
Why is Howard University Hospital critical? Because the hospital is located in a predominantly Black community. And we all know that Black people make great guinea pigs, as stated by Black activist Kevin Jackson.

She’s part of a widespread effort by healthcare experts and community leaders to combat vaccine hesitancy among Black Americans.
About 35 percent of Black Americans said they probably or definitely would not get the vaccine if it was determined to be safe by scientists and widely available for free, according to a Kaiser Family Foundation study cited by CNN.
Howard University Hospital isn’t the only healthcare provider with workers who turned down the vaccine. At Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas, so many workers declined the COVID-19 vaccine that the hospital offered doses to other medical workers in the region.
The hospital received 5,850 doses of the vaccine, and it quickly became clear that not enough people eligible for the vaccine, like staff who work directly with COVID-19 patients, were opting to get it, DHR Health CMO Robert Martinez, MD.
“You start to see similar numbers across the country, all this mistrust and misinformation,” Dr. Martinez said.
After the first day of distribution, DHR reached out to other hospitals and healthcare facilities in the region to offer doses of the vaccine.
ProPublica reported that the vaccine ended up going to non-medical personnel as well, including state Sen. Eddie Lucio Jr.
He told ProPublica he was invited to take the vaccine by DHR after officials explained to him that all eligible workers who wanted the vaccine received it.

The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit against the FBI, accusing the law enforcement agency of breaking the encryption on iPhones and other devices, without letting ordinary users know they’re no longer secure.
The FBI “already have technical capabilities permitting them to decrypt, unlock, or otherwise access information on secured political devices,” the ACLU claims in its lawsuit, filed Tuesday – yet the agency continues to complain about encryption as if it’s stopping them from catching criminals.
All given to them by the CIA and NSA who created it.
The advocacy group has submitted Freedom of Information Act requests since 2018 to learn exactly how, the FBI can access data on encrypted or otherwise-protected devices, but has gotten nowhere, earning only the notorious “neither confirm nor deny” response as the agency refuses to even admit records, related to its Electronic Device Analysis Unit even exist.
The suit alleges the FBI has contracted with companies like GrayShift, which makes a passcode-cracking tool that works on some iPhones, and CheckPoint Technologies, which “permits detailed microscopic views of electronics hardware in a way that could assist investigators with determining secret encryption keys stored on hardware.”
A job posting for the EDAU even admitted the division extracts data from locked iPhones, according to the filing – yet the FBI refuses to admit as much to the public.
Indeed, its response to the ACLU’s FOIA requests consisted entirely of “can neither confirm nor deny” non-responses.
The suit merely asks the FBI to cough up the requested records, allowing iPhone users to at least understand the extent to which the agency can hack into their phones.
The notion that the agency can ‘neither confirm nor deny’ the existence of any records about a publicly-known unit within itself is ludicrous, the filing states.
While the FBI was publicly rebuffed in 2016 when it demanded the password to a mass shooter’s iPhone, the agency has since purchased tools from multiple companies that have allowed it to gain access to encrypted devices.
Even as Apple plugs the vulnerabilities, law enforcement has allegedly contracted with multiple companies to continue to gain access to the supposedly privacy-prioritizing devices.
So, now the FBI like the CIA and NSA are purchasing up all the technology companies as well, where is the oversight on this?
and you do realize they are using public monies to buy up private concerns and gain profits on our tax dollars.
All subsidiary companies owned via agencies have all been paid for by the public, and what do we get in return? more spying on us, less freedoms and more tyranny.

Willem Matser, an officer in Dutch Military Intelligence and adviser to NATO Secretary General was arrested in 2003 together with an Italian crime boss on a 9 digit money laundering charge.
Sibel Edmonds has cited this incident as evidence of NATO’s connections with the high level international drug trade.
Willem Matser is a Dutch spook and deep state functionary who was “one of NATO Secretary General Lord Robertson’s top policy experts”.
Charged with various offences in connection with an operation that laundered $200m money laundering between Colombia and Romania, Matser denied the charges, but was found guilty of fraud and forgery, and was sentenced to time served (almost 1 year).
Willem Matser was an officer in Dutch Military Intelligence and Eastern European affairs adviser for many years to the NATO Secretary General, George Robertson.
Matser saw the Secretary General on a daily basis and his work with NATO took him all over the world.
As of October 2019, the NATO website still featured material attributed to him.
In 2001, Matser wrote for NATO Review on “NATO-Russia relations in the wake of 11 September and the prospects for improved cooperation”.
On 3rd February 2003, Willem Matser, then aged 50, was arrested in his office at NATO HQ in Brussels on suspicion of laundering around USD 200 million for a Colombian drug cartel.
Police seized a $200,000 transaction document issued by Bank Santander in Bogota, Colombia in favour of Tender SA, together with a CD detailing a $200,000,000 transfer to the company.
Matser was arrested with Pietro Fedino, aged 64, an Italian crime boss connected to the Columbian Cali cartel.
The judge expressed sympathy with Matser, saying that as there were no previous convictions against him and since his actions were not solely for personal gain, a shorter sentence was more suitable.
Matser was sentenced to 14 months in prison, but was ordered released because he has already served two-thirds of the sentence in pretrial detention, he was given three years’ probation.
His co-accused, Pietro Fedino and Willem van Voorthuizen of Nijmegen, were respectively sentenced to jail terms of 15 and 18 months of which three months was suspended.
The unusual surname “matser” facilitates exploration of reporting on the case. Commercially-controlled media reporting of the case has been very low. No US newspapers or TV channels are known to have reported on the arrest, trial or sentencing of Willem Matser.
The Washington Post has made no mention of “Matser” since 2005 (earlier references are paywalled).
In the middle of January 2004, the Times of London had a short, 48 words article about the matter as an agency news item from AFP.

In 1987, Jonathan Pollard, a former Pentagon intelligence analyst, plead guilty to performing as a spy for Israel, providing Israel top-secret US classified information.
He was sentenced to 30 years in prison for violations of the Espionage Act.
Pollard was the only American who has received a prison sentence for passing classified information to a US ally.
To set the stage, on October 25, 1985, Pollard was seen carrying a large bundle from his office to his wife’s car, and was consequently placed under surveillance.
On November 21 he was arrested as he approached the Israeli embassy in Washington and charged with espionage.
After serving his 30 years sentence, Pollard was released November 20, 2015, and placed on parole in accordance with federal guidelines in place at the time of his sentencing.
On November 20, 2020, the parole expired and all restrictions were removed, and Pollard was a free man.
On 29 December 2020, Pollard and his wife left the United States and arrived in Israel on a private plane provided by American casino magnate Sheldon Adelson, a major funder and board member of the Republican Jewish Coalition, a pro-Israel lobbying group, and a billionaire supporter of the GOP, and both Netanyahu and President Trump.

George Blake, the former MI6 officer and one of the Cold War’s most infamous double agents, has died aged 98, Russian media has reported.
Over nine years, the Soviet spy handed over information that led to the betrayal of at least 40 MI6 agents in Eastern Europe.
He was jailed in London in 1960, but escaped in 1966 and fled to Russia.
The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service said Blake “had a genuine love for our country”.
Blake himself worked for the Dutch resistance during World War Two, before fleeing to British-controlled Gibraltar. He was later, due to his background, asked to join the intelligence service.
In an interview with the BBC in 1990, Blake said he estimated that he betrayed more than 500 Western agents but he denied suggestions that 42 of them had lost their lives as a result of his actions.
His downfall came when a Polish secret service officer, Michael Goleniewski, defected to the West, bringing his mistress and details of a Soviet mole in British intelligence.
Blake was recalled to London and arrested. At a subsequent trial he pleaded guilty to five counts of passing information to the Soviet Union.
George Blake did enormous damage to British intelligence operations during the Cold War, betraying agents and secret operations and showing that the KGB could run agents within the heart of the British state.
Oh I forgot to mention that George Blake was not Russian at all, but was Jewish working for the KGB, and the truth bell rings again for the FRWL series.
The title of the book is “2020” and it was published in 1994 by an Israeli editorial house called Keter Press, which literally translates to “Crown” or “Corona” Press.

The French seek to improve “physical, cognitive, perceptive and psychological capacities,” and could allow for location tracking or connectivity with weapons systems and other soldiers.
Among the ministry’s research were drugs to keep troops awake for long periods of time and combat stress, and even surgery to improve hearing.
The new species of augmented soldiers, dubbed “homo robocopus” could also have altered DNA to give them enhanced speed and strength as well as robotics.

Enhanced limbs — A Devcom report revealed plans to equip US soldiers with enhanced limbs for increased strength.
Exoskeleton legs — The US Army has tested an exoskeleton which can be attached to soldier’s legs and can increase their productivity by up to 27 times.
Synthetic blood — Respirocyte is a theoretical red blood cell that could help soldiers not get out of breath and stay underwater for hours.
Pain immunity — DARPA’s Persistence in Combat initiative would allow soldiers to have their pain suppressed for 30 days.

They have to unhook from the program to then install the new one, it is the equivalent to the left and right hand path, the left is their limit of no gate, they have to fall on their own swords, to then start the climb of the right hand path.
Yes, it is painful as friends, family and loved ones all exhibit the behavior patterns of the machines, they are all so addicted to.
Their vision destroyed by the telly, their hearing destroyed by their programming, their thinking for the self, deleted by the media and bot operated factcheckers.

My imagination influences my aspiration, In other words, your dreams determine your destiny. To accomplish anything you must first have a mission, a goal, a hope, a vision.
But these people have no vision, they are but a mere automaton puppets with limited programming, there sole performance on the stage is to copy and repeat, which is what their AI god the computer has told them.
Is there any value arguing with a computer?
A computer is programmed to react to actions taken within the parameter of it’s own program.
So if you request it to do something it is not programmed for, what happens next? it ignores you or denies your request.
Blank stares, furrowed brows and a look of no comprehende.
They look at you as if you speak an entirely different language, the reality is you are, you speak in trinary, not binary.
The language, understanding and thinking program of truth, they have no ability to recognize it.
You see in their world they are LARP’s, live action role players all waiting for the next part to play on a stage.
Whilst they wait for their next starring role on the stage, they are NPC’s, non playing characters.
An NPC is a human that is unable to think objectively, spouting “opinions” they are programmed to spout, and repeating it in a cult-like manner.
So you see that, you cannot speak butterfly language to caterpillar people.
Are bots any different to the program computer?
We have learned to look after ourselves in a group like setting and is somewhat unique.
Bots have no interest in development of the self, their country or the world, as long as they are “entertained” or entrained by drivel the world puts out, is just fine and dandy for them.
Seeking their saviors and dissolving any personal responsibility.
We on the other hand do wish to develop the self and others and subsequently the planet, we are the sin eaters, but we absorbed it, then processed it and then healed it.
That is the difference between us and them, I wish it wasn’t, but it is what it is.
