The Defense Department announced the $136.7 million deal Wednesday with Millipore Sigma, a unit of Germany’s Merck, to construct the facility at its Sheboygan site over the next three years, in order to boost production of nitrocellulose membranes, the paper that displays the test results.
The deal, worked out in coordination with the Department of Health and Human Services, will allow 83.3 million more tests to be produced each month.
Millipore Sigma spokeswoman Rachel Bloom-Baglin said the years-long timeline was due to the complex process of producing the membranes, which she described as highly-engineered pieces of paper.
Two points to come out of that A: Covid will not be around in 2024 and so this is for something else altogether and B: Could the fact the DOD were involved in it be a pointer?
Since when have the Military been involved in medical facilities, and more of the point is, why?
Is this another Military bio warfare center, if so, why hasn’t it come out of their own massively over inflated budget?
Drugmaker Teva Pharmaceuticals contributed to the opioid crisis, a suburban New York jury ruled Thursday in one of few verdicts so far among thousands of lawsuits nationwide over the painkillers.
A separate trial will follow to determine what Teva will have to pay in the case, in which New York state and two Long Island counties took on a swath of drug companies.
In Thursday’s verdict, a Suffolk County jury found the drug company played a role in what is legally termed a public nuisance, but had lethal consequences, an opioid use epidemic linked to more than 500,000 deaths in the U.S. in the past two decades.
Teva Pharmaceuticals USA and others misled the American people about the true dangers of opioids.
Today, we took a significant step in righting the wrongs this country has collectively experienced over the last two decades.
Israel-based Teva, which makes medications using the powerful opioid fentanyl, said it strongly disagrees with the verdict and plans to appeal.
Yet again dare I say it, it is always Israel involved where there is evil, harm or death.
Just when will the rest of the people and the world see through this criminal and evil fake state and their army of global deceivers?

This is an interesting article I thought I would highlight and pass comment on.
For years, armies have been using artificial intelligence to improve existing vehicles, and pilots’ reaction time and decision making on the battlefield.
For example, AI is used in the Mitsubishi X-2 Shinshin, the Japanese stealth fighter prototype built in 2016.
The onboard artificial intelligence uses an array of sensors all over the aircraft, to provide vital information about the status of every component and to determine the severity of any damage.
The Russian military aircraft Sukhoi Su-57 also relies on AI, which constantly analyses multiple parameters such as air quality and pressure, to provide information on how to stabilize the aircraft that goes into a spin, as well as override any pilot maneuvers the system predicts could cause a crash.
Until recently, however, AI would only amplify human input.
A soldier is still the bottleneck in these systems, even something as simple as discharging a weapon takes more time when a person and not an automated AI-powered system is in charge.
These milliseconds of delay often mean the difference between victory and defeat, and world governments are keenly aware of it.
When will these people get it? no one wins in war, only child level thinking makes you believe that.
There are no enemies amongst the people themselves by and large, the enemies are created by greed based divide and conquer entities.
Russia, China or Iran are not the enemy, a distinct lack of adult based understanding is the real enemy, and why wars unfold.
They want an edge over one another, and the lack of international standards or legal documents governing the use of AI in combat systems, certainly encourages such ambitions.
The result is the steady increase in incidents, both documented and undocumented, where lethal autonomous weapon systems, or LAWS, have been put to use.
Laws, oh the irony of that acronym, back to the Talmudic laws again.
Day of infamy:
History will remember March 2021 as the date of the first documented use of one such weapon.
A report commissioned by the United Nations claims that a military drone used in 2020 in Libya’s civil war was unmanned and autonomous.
It engaged militants during their retreat, without requiring any input from a human operator.
May 2021 marks the first use of a drone swarm in combat.
In this incident, Israel Defense Forces targeted members of the Hamas organization, unleashing a drone swarm to strike multiple enemy targets.
When using the phrase drone swarm, it is important to denote that this doesn’t just mean multiple drones.
In a true drone swarm, drones have the ability to make autonomous decisions based on information shared by other units in the vicinity.
The May 2021 incident was just the beginning.
A number of countries have already included drone swarms in their arsenals and are integrating them in military operations.
Needless to say, the U.S. is a world leader in swarm technology.
It started with 2016 Perdix swarm demo, when a trio of F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter jets released more than 100 drones into the air.
It continued with Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) X-61A Gremlin drones, which were launched from a mothership cargo carrier, demonstrating the carrier’s functionality to launch and retrieve a great number of small, cheap and reusable drones.
Mothership? sounds like the delivery system of the DEW weapons to me.
Recent developments include kamikaze drone swarms, and several swarm-related projects that are part of DARPA’s OFFensive Swarm-Enabled Tactics (OFFSET) program.
In reality they have been using drones in warfare long before 2021.
Robots on patrol:
But it’s not just the drones, there are intelligent robots too.
Boston Dynamics cute robot Spot is currently being used by Hawaii police to detect homeless who might be infected with COVID-19.
Nice of them to use them against unfortunate and neglected people and not the criminals.
In Singapore, robots already patrol the streets, relying on facial recognition software to police undesirable behavior, designated as not respecting social distancing, smoking or improperly parking bicycles.
While some may find this normal and not problematic, it’s easy to envision scenarios in which robots enforce not only socially acceptable behavior, but anything else they’ve been encoded with.
Unleashing them on civilians creates a dystopian society in which AI-based enforcers ensure obedience without any human involvement.
Like I have said, tech is only used to be weaponized against the people, never or rarely used on the criminals, they portray to be after, but it is always the people they target.
Using drones against the homeless is particularly low, and that is why no one likes the police.
They have to see and or be told what they are doing is not acceptable to we the people.
Also, remember that any technologies mentioned in this column, especially drone swarms, can and will most likely be used as a crowd-control mechanism, employing lethal and non-lethal countermeasures against anyone not complying, with rules set down by increasingly authoritarian governments.
Unlike human police officers and military personnel, AI has no feelings, no ethics, no sense of the value of human life.
It can only process the data, and it reacts according to the sensory input and its algorithm.
AI is not perfect either, not that the so called authorities care, we’ve seen time and again that AI makes mistakes.
In the future, these mistakes will likely cost lives as AI makes bad calls, targets friendlies, fires on civilians and worse.
In the future? try now and the past, yet again it is a warning of the future when it is happening now and the past.
While engaging with the enemy, AI is likely to commit acts that would be deemed atrocities and breaches of international treaties, since it lacks the capacity to understand context and interpret situations in ways that leave room for interpretation and adherence to complex laws and customs of war.
It like the pharma and death jab companies will likely carry an indemnity clause, it is how the psychopaths works, use Day of Atonement and for everything else cite National Security or get their army of shekel law people to avoid prosecution or do technicalities bullshit.
Finally, there’s scalability-as-a-threat, many of these machines especially drones are incredibly cheap to produce and proliferate, especially at a large scale.
This alone makes them disproportionally more powerful than, many weapons currently available in conventional military arsenals.
It also turns them into an unpredictable element on the battlefield, one that can escalate international conflicts in a way that could push countries on the receiving end to consider last-resort tactics, including the reintroduction of weapons of mass destruction.
Why before each piece of dangerous technology is the UN or other so called authority group not calling for a global symposium, that includes representatives of we the people?
Why is it we never have a say in these things? and we have to accept incompetent, child level, zero oversight and frankly dangerous opinions and plans?
Because we the people have not created a platform previously, now we have with the TPC, time for us to push on and create that seat at the table.
Standing up to LAWS: There has been considerable pushback against LAWS, the site StopKillerRobots.org is run by a coalition of non-governmental organizations that seek to pre-emptively ban lethal autonomous weapons.
The Future of Life Institute (FLI) is another outreach organization which, among other hot topics of our age, tackles LAWS, ethical uses of AI and other issues I’ve discussed in this article.
Finally, even UN Secretary General António Guterres says that machines with the power and discretion to take lives without human involvement are politically unacceptable, morally repugnant and should be prohibited by international law.
Make no mistake, though this pushback has done little to stop what’s called the arms race in autonomy.
Although the UN has voiced its distain for LAWS multiple times, and the U.S., Chinese, Russian and German military and several others, have stated that creation of LAWS isn’t their objective, the truth is that the technology is already here and likely to proliferate.
These kinds of weapons provide an edge that armed forces of the world simply cannot ignore.
The same goes for using LAWS in a civilian setting.
During times when governments vie for more complete control, any device or weapon that facilitates that kind of control is more than welcome, and LAWS definitely fit the bill.
As demonstrated in Honolulu and Singapore, we’re already seeing some innocuous applications of AI that are setting the stage for more elaborate setups.
Robots policing our streets, fighting our wars? that’s one thing I’m not particularly looking forward to.

A Stockholm University student writes essay on Racism of milk against coffee.
A student from Stockholm University received praise for writing an essay on the bizarre subject.
A 27-year-old Arvid Haag wrote an essay entitled Black and White Drinks, that contained an account of what happened in the early 20th century in the struggle between coffee and milk.
The essay belonged to a subject called critical whiteness studies, which states that white people are racists.
The study is supported by a new left-wing group that is currently attracting attention across the United States.
According to a report published in Fria Tider, Haag explained in his essay the effect of marketing on black coffee, as they have characterized it by highlighting the black and exotic elements, and when it comes to white milk, the local and white have always been emphasized.
In Sweden, courses in critical whiteness studies started a year ago, and Expo founder Tobias Hübinette has been a pioneer in this subject at Karlstad University.
Tobias is Asian, does anyone ask why an Asian is dictating school policies in a predominantly white country?
And before anyone says that is racist, do me a favor and gfy, and go and research how many whites are in the roles of policy making or politicians in any non white country?
The answer is, it doesn’t happen, there is no whites even in the fake white country Israel.
Why is it that whites have to accept this multi-culturism, but it only works one way?
Multiculturism is a designed attack on white people only, as was political correctness, if it wasn’t, then all things would be equal.

Student says coffee with milk is drink-based colonization.
At Stockholm University, a distance course named Critical Whiteness Perspectives on Nordic Culture was held, and the 27-year-old applied for the course.
At the end of the course, all the participants were asked to write a paper of 10,000 characters.
Haag said, I took a rather bizarre subject, which is quite fun, and took another turn.
He wrote, the question one may ask is, whether it is really a reconciliation between milk and coffee that has occurred, or whether adding milk to the coffee is a way to take away coffee’s unique properties and instead impose white properties on the black drink.
Calling it drink-based colonization, stressing that milk controls and domesticates coffee.
However, when the essay went for correction, it received a B grade, or very good.
The course coordinator also added remarks, saying that it was an exciting topic, lauded Haag for creative thinking, and suggested that the text could be expanded into a longer essay.
Heard it all now like I said at the beginning, the levels of stupidity now is reaching beyond epic proportions, that is what happens when you “see”, I said it would look ugly, it is.
But it is better to see and recognize, than remain as blind as a bat, despite having eyes, what is the point of these people having eyes when they can’t see anything outside of their programs?

Given the rise of Trump again on certain alt media circles, here is a few pieces on Trump where people will have to rethink who or what Trump stands for, and who their savior is.
Right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones is threatening to dish all the dirt on Donald Trump, to get back at the ex-president over his endorsement of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Yeah, we all wish Trump would do the right thing, Jones said on his InfoWars program, before urging his listeners to move on from Trump due to his glowing endorsement of the vaccine.
In fact, maybe you know what to get Trump’s attention, he continued, maybe I should just dish all the dirt on Trump.
Jones added: It’s not to hurt Trump, it’s so people can know how pathetic he is, when you think he is playing 4D chess, going to save you and he’s not!
Oh my Alex Jones telling the truth and not deflecting it, or are they on differing sides of the Hebrew Anunnaki cult? all of which means this is more faction fighting.

Former President Trump in an interview with conservative media personality Candace Owens, pushed back over her claims undermining the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.
In a Tuesday episode of the Daily Wire show Candace, Trump told Owens that he takes credit for the incredible speed, of how the vaccines were developed during his time in office, and his partnership with private pharmaceutical companies.
I came up with a vaccine, with three vaccines, Trump told Owens.
All are very, very good, I came up with three of them in less than nine months, it was supposed to take five to 12 years.
Owens then said to Trump that more people died from the virus in 2021 than in 2020 even with the vaccine being administered to the public, taking a shot at President Biden.
No it wasn’t it was taking a shot at Trump as he personally developed the vaccine according to him.
Yet more people have died under COVID this year, Owens told Trump.
By the way under Joe Biden, than under you, and more people took the vaccine this year, so people are questioning how?
Trump never let her finish and said this.
Oh no, the vaccines work, but some people aren’t the ones.
The ones who get very sick and go to the hospital are the ones that don’t take the vaccine, but it’s still their choice.
And if you take the vaccine, you’re protected, Trump told Owens, haha seriously Trump you’re as deluded as Biden.
Trump continued, people aren’t dying when they take the vaccine, erm they are dying more when they take “your vaccine” Mr. Trump.
Thank you Mr. Trump for revealing who you really are, and who and what you stand for.
In January 2020, during a festive White House unveiling of Donald Trump’s long-gestating peace plan, then-Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu giddily announced that under its auspices, Israel would move to immediately annex large parts of the West Bank.
The Israeli right was ecstatic.
Finally, they believed, Israel would take full control of land that settler leaders hope will remain forever Israeli, and with the blessing of a US president, no less.
There was only one problem, according to new reporting on the events of those dramatic days, nobody had bothered asking the president in question.
Why would they? they have had leading American officials dancing to their every whim and evil for over 100 years, why would this be any different, what Israel wants, Israel gets from multiple countries due to blackmail and coercion.
In fact, according to a new book from Israeli journalist Barak Ravid, Trump and peace-plan architect Jared Kushner were caught completely off guard by Netanyahu’s declaration during the White House event.
The new details were reported in a pair of podcast episodes recently from Axios called How It Happened, which uses Ravid’s reporting from his new Hebrew book, Trump’s Peace, to tell the story of how Trump’s failed peace plan morphed into the successful brokering of the Abraham Accords.
According to the podcast, Netanyahu decided to go forward with the annexation announcement after receiving assurances from then-US ambassador to Israel, and longtime settlement-backer David Friedman that the US would back the move, even though the envoy never ran the idea by the White House.
I guess that doesn’t come under conflict of interest then?
The US proposal envisioned Israel annexing all of its settlements along with the Jordan Valley as part of a final status agreement.
It is called the Jordan valley for a reason, like the Golan Heights in Syria that Trump handed over to the Israelis, it doesn’t belong to Israel, in fact if the truth be known, the country operating under a fake state, don’t even own Israel, never mind portions of other countries for their caliphate walled property expansion.
But it did not give a clear timeline, and it definitely did not stipulate that the move would take place right off the bat.
Netanyahu said: Israel will apply its laws to the Jordan Valley, to all Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, and to other areas that your plan designates as part of Israel and which the US agrees to recognize as part of Israel.
Trump was standing right behind him and glanced at someone off stage, checking to make sure what he had just heard, Ravid recalled.
After Netanyahu left the White House, Trump met with his advisers and asked them, What the hell was that?
He was told of their shenanigans in private, did his arrogance preclude him from being used by them?
Kushner, meanwhile, was livid.
Probably because Netanyahu let it out of the bag too soon, and that implicated Kushner.
Going back to the peace plan’s earlier stages, Ravid began by sharing the story of how Kushner became tasked with handling the Israeli-Palestinian peace file.
Yet another conflict of interest issue.
Ahead of his inauguration, Trump held a briefing with The New York Times, during which he told them of the decision, despite never having given Kushner the heads-up.
Kushner would go on to joke that Trump gave him the job because he must not like him very much.
No, because your mentor Kissinger is pushing you into his former role.
Less than a year into the administration, after Trump had met with both Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, the president made the decision in 2017 to officially recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.
Kushner notified a visiting PA delegation led by the late Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat of the decision in December 2017.
Erekat was shocked and warned him that the move would disqualify the US as a peace broker, and risked plummeting the region into violence.
Kushner did not take the criticism well, and shouted back at Erekat that he would not be threatened.
So, the snake in law doesn’t like criticism, well boo hoo Kushner.
Perhaps you would reconsider your stances if someone did a deal and threw you out of all your homes, buildings and investments, without notifying you.
In fact I would love to see that happen, it would be fantastic karma return for throwing people who have lived their for generations out of their homes and land, all for the benefit of a cult.
Trump himself later phoned Abbas to update him personally of the decision and tried during the call to calm him down, assuring the PA leader that Ramallah would get its own gesture from Washington next, yes likely another Military bombing campaign.
But after rambling for several minutes, Trump noticed that Abbas had hung up on him, that would be the last time the two leaders would ever talk.
Trump would go on to exact his own form of revenge in response to the PA’s refusal to engage with US peace efforts, cutting virtually all aid to the Palestinians, shuttering the PLO diplomatic office in Washington, and closing the US consulate in Jerusalem that historically had served as the de facto mission to the Palestinians.
Childish and pathetic response, and these are the very people we are expecting to run our country?
Netanyahu, meanwhile, cozied up to Trump, seeking to capitalize on Trump’s anger toward the Palestinians and interest in pleasing his evangelical base.
Cozied up or slithered like the snake he is.
This paid dividends for the Israeli leader in the form of the US withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal in May 2018, the opening of the US embassy in Jerusalem that same year, and Trump’s recognition of Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights in March 2019, just weeks before an election in Israel.
Make America great again eh Trump? no you pampered to a foreign fake State your whole time in the White House, plus your own self interest.
Trump told Ravid in a newly released interview that he had recognized the Golan in part, because he wanted to help Netanyahu in the vote.
But Netanyahu failed to secure a ruling majority and Israel was plunged into two years of political chaos and three more elections.
Netanyahu then began considering taking Trump’s apparent generosity a step further, seeking US support for a plan to annex large parts of the West Bank.
The move was a nod to the settler movement, which Netanyahu had increasingly come to rely on amid the snowballing corruption cases against him.
When the Trump administration began coalescing its peace plan in 2019, Netanyahu saw it as a platform for his annexation announcement, Ravid revealed on the Axios podcast.
Netanyahu was further emboldened by Friedman, who assured the Israelis that Trump would be fine with the controversial move.
But Ravid said that the ambassador never ran the idea by Trump and Kushner.
Because the pair of them operate for and by the Jewish fake state is why.
He tweeted Sunday that not only was the president informed and aware of the sovereignty process, he outlined it in this speech.
There were numerous follow-up discussions as well, all of which included me.
A book on this subject on which I was never consulted should be taken with a grain of salt.
Still unaware of Trump’s opposition to annexation, Netanyahu arrived in Washington for the January 28, 2020, unveiling ceremony of the US peace plan, and made his big announcement.
One Trump aide told Ravid that Netanyahu turned the US leader into a potted plant during that campaign speech, when the president thought the Israeli premier would use the opportunity to make a gesture toward the Palestinians.
Shortly after the ceremony, Netanyahu met with reporters at Blair House, where he was staying, and told them that he planned to bring the annexation move before the cabinet for approval within days.
But around the same time, Kushner called Friedman into his office, where he dressed down the envoy for convincing the Israelis that the US would support the annexation plan.
He then ordered Friedman to go across the street to Blair House, and inform the prime minister that the US would not accept such a move, Ravid said.
The problem I see is, Netanyahu went public, normally these types of incidents and events are all done in private.
But, with Nutty outing it, Kushner and Trump needed it silenced as they would be implicated.
Netanyahu was made to understand that a US greenlight for annexation had not been given, and had no choice but to delay the process in the Israeli government, though he continued to insist the move would soon happen.
A month went by with very little contact between the Israelis and Americans.
Then one day, Israel’s ambassador to the US at the time, longtime Netanyahu confidant Ron Dermer, paid a visit to Kushner, and blamed the White House for embarrassing the prime minister over the annexation saga, Ravid recounted.
Kushner pushed back, insisting that no US president had done more for Israel, indeed Mr. Kushner all under your watch and support for it.
Dermer then told Kushner that Netanyahu did not know whether he could trust the Trump administration anymore.
At that point, Kushner lost his cool and threw the Israeli ambassador out of his office.

Still determined to move forward with the annexation plan, Netanyahu negotiated the matter into his coalition agreement with Blue and White chairman Benny Gantz after the March 2020 election.
The premier even set a timeline for the move, vowing to begin carrying it out on July 1 of that year.
At that point though, the only one pulling for the move in the Trump administration was Friedman, who decided to fly to Washington a week before the July 1 deadline to lobby the president, Ravid reported.
The meeting did not go well at all for Friedman though, with Trump using the opportunity to complain about the speech Netanyahu gave at the peace plan’s unveiling.
Friedman tried to interrupt, but Trump responded, David, why are we even talking about this, according to the Axios podcast.
The president again insisted that he had already done more for Israel than any of his predecessors, before quickly losing his patience and saying, If you want to do it, do it, and adding that his secretary of state Mike Pompeo would be the one to decide.
Typical of Trump his ego supercedes his intelligence level, he got rumbled not MAGA but Israel, and if he doesn’t get his own way, he gets pissy with people.
No surprise he passed it onto Pompeo, another dancing Israeli puppet.
But before Friedman left, Trump warned, you should know though that if anything happens, it’s on all of your heads.
Ravid said this last remark shook Friedman, who did not want to be responsible for what might come next.
Kushner subsequently dispatched Friedman along with White House peace envoy Avi Berkowitz to Jerusalem, in order to convince Netanyahu not to go through with the annexation plan.
The meetings took place during the height of the first wave of the coronavirus pandemic.
At their meeting, Netanyahu sat behind a glass divider that Berkowitz told Ravid was something out of science fiction.
Friedman at one point left the room, at which point Berkowitz piped up, I’m not sure what David told you, but the meeting with the president regarding annexation went really badly.
Berkowitz urged Netanyahu not to go forward with the move, and said that if the premier insisted, it would have to be done alongside a series of significant gestures to the Palestinians.
This further angered Netanyahu, who threatened to go ahead and carry out the move unilaterally, Ravid reported.
The US envoy said that the prime minister was free to do so, but that he should be aware that it could lead Trump to tweet against Netanyahu, and he could lose the president’s support.
Ravid quoted Berkowitz as having told Netanyahu: You’re going to take your greatest friend in the world, and make him an enemy.
I can’t tell you what to do but I strongly advise you against it.
A solution takes shape:
After two meetings between Netanyahu, Friedman and Berkowitz in which the sides made no progress, Berkowitz called Kushner, and the two decided to offer Netanyahu a carrot in exchange for shelving annexation.
Back in March 2019, United Arab Emirates Ambassador to the US Yousef al-Otaiba had paid a visit to Kushner’s home in Washington.
There he told Trump’s senior adviser that the UAE wanted to normalize ties with Israel.
Normalise ties is not about becoming friendly with Israel, it is a green light for Israel to take over that country as well.
Remember the Military deals that follow the ties, that we revealed in our show?
With that meeting in mind, Kushner told Berkowitz to offer the UAE proposal in exchange for Netanyahu dropping annexation.
Netanyahu responded that he would consider the proposal, but insisted that he was not ready to drop annexation entirely.
Berkowitz flew back to Washington and headed straight to the White House to update Kushner.
While on the way, the envoy got a call from Otaiba who suggested the exact same exchange, normalization for shelving annexation.
Berkowitz called the conversation a godsend, one of the best phone calls I’ve ever had in my life, in an interview played on the Axios podcast.
The US envoy told Otaiba that he just so happened to have thought of the same proposal.
The Israelis, the Emiratis, and the Americans would subsequently launch marathon negotiations on the matter.
