The ratification of Kimberly Anne Goguen as Interim Head of State follows the progression of power as outlined by the GIA. This follows the ratification of Martial Law (also spelled Marshall Law), declared by global military generals 21st of March 2020.
This progression of office is an essential step in the restoration of the planet and returning governance to the people.
Funding will now be provided to the newly appointed state assemblies as the new “representatives.”

All sounds great and damning for the system but, where is the evidence of it actually unfolding?
I would love this unfold but, and there is a but, just because you remove a failed system, does not automatically mean it is beneficial for we the people, and this is why we should all question things, question all people, because the only solution of change has to come not from portions of the old system, but from the people themselves.
People will say why are you critiquing or questioning it? because I have a moral obligation and duty to we the people to do so.
The answer is there have been 26 claims from this group to date and not one has come to fruition, it is not a good record for anyone is it?
So before everyone jumps up and down in excitement, because of the now 2 decades of promises from various internet entities of the funds are coming, I would like to exercise caution and lets see if something/anything actually works first.

Who is LS and why is his or her name a secret?

A British based company they say, how is that any different to MI5 or 6 or GCHQ, who incidentally run the NSA.
A British based group doing enforcement on American soil? how is that different to the Crown agents? are they different from the Crown agents or the Founding fathers, most of which were involved with the British establishment also?
We will require proof that we the people can trust this organization, before getting behind any potential uprising.
That is the sensible thing to do, although no doubt I will be accused of hateraid again, for daring to question anything related to Lifeforce or the Trustee.
Having come out of one savior program called Q it seems, some people are all too willing to jump into another one without due diligence.
How many titles can one person have before the world turns against that one person for allowing the world to go into ruins?
It concerns me greatly that titles are all being claimed by one person, with zero inclination to share the load at the top levels of the operations, at which point does it begin to look like a dictatorship?
Here is the list of the titles or responsibilities currently held by one person on this planet.

All of these titles currently appear to have no oversight, and that has to be a concern for we the people, but also Kim herself as well.
At which point does it become a burden to carry? out of all those titles the one that interests me the most, the Earth Restoration plan of which Ms. Goguen has had that responsibility to carry out since September of 2019, and here we are 16 months later and not a single thing has been delivered, and that is a sobering fact and becomes an indictment.
Titles carries extra responsibility and the fact Ms. Goguen carries them all, makes all of the world’s current problems her responsibility to fix it, to date in that duty she has failed, and that is another sobering fact as well.
Personally, I wished she had succeeded in them all, but it has not been the case.
The world has gone into a freefall mess, and what has the person with all the titles actually done for the people that is verifiable?
People will say you can’t blame her for all the ills, and I agree with them 100%, but as she is the leader, title holder or responsible for all these roles, of which not one is going well, and so ultimately all the blame and rebukes will all fall on her shoulders.
That is the consequences of accepting roles of higher value, if things go wrong and currently much is going wrong on this planet, the one with the titles carries of the consequences of failure.
People will say we should trust Kim and that is fine but, it is fair to say her discernment levels sadly, has not exactly garnered much in the way of trust recently has it?
This is something she should have pondered deeply upon before taking all those roles, all whilst discarding all the people of value and support structure she had around her, and in came the wrong level people, the yes and parrot people, who far from helping her, actually are watching her fall and do nothing to help or support her.
It hasn’t served her too well, but it hasn’t served the world well either, which is my main concern.

Dominion Voting Systems filed a defamation lawsuit against attorney Sidney Powell over her claims that the company, which manufactured electronic voting machines used by some districts in the 2020 election, changed votes for President Donald Trump to votes for President-elect Joe Biden.
Powell’s wide-ranging conspiracy theory variously implicated Dominion, deceased Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez, the CIA and Chinese communists in a plot to rig the election against Trump.
But federal and state judges repeatedly rejected, sometimes derisively, her efforts to prove her assertions in court.
Was there election fraud? yes, has there always been election fraud? yes, so what is the difference.
Team Trump and Q must have known they would do that, and should have prevented it.
The Boris Johnson administration’s efforts to pass legislation which will allow the state to recruit children to spy on their parents and even break the law while doing so.
The Covert Human Intelligence Source (CHIS) Bill will, if passed into law, allow 22 state agencies, including the likes of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and local councils, as well as the intelligence services and police, to recruit children as “covert human intelligence sources” — spies, essentially.
Children aged 16 and 17 could even be used to spy on their own parents, and afforded certain protections to break the law while doing so.
“Once you start taking action like this to put spies in people’s homes whatever the purpose, this does have complications.
It is very important for Government to recognise that this is not something that should be easily done in a democratic state,” said Sir Iain Duncan Smith, a former Conservative party leader and Cabinet minister.
Smith is the fake opposition they send out whilst harboring the same ideologies, I am always beware of former politicians speaking out against the system, a system they did show much to prop up.
Like the New World Order and the Secret Space program, all presented as new, this has gone on in secret for many decades, the only difference now is, they are telling you in public.
President Joe Biden’s order to cancel the building of new border wall systems authorized by Congress, will kill about 5,000 construction jobs, according to the most recent former head of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
The former commissioner said, it is not just these construction jobs that will be hit by Biden’s executive order, signed on his first day in office.
He said union members in the steel industry that produce the bollards will be impacted.
“Now, keep in mind, they’re going to be paid for what they produced so far,” he explained. “But for the 350 miles that Congress funded for construction, all that goes out the window.”
Out goes more jobs and manufacturing is the most obvious issue here, but the hidden issues are what we have highlighted a number of years back, flooding the US with migrants and the child trafficking business, of which lead Democrats partake in.
That is the real issue here, plus the potential annexation of all Southern border states to the cartels.
Following the WHO stating that vaccines does not delete Covid, John Kerry now makes a statement, even zero US emissions will not solve climate change, perhaps now more people will see through the illusion of both being used as a power grab, over and of the people.

The essay, titled “‘Why is it so hard to deprogram Trumpian conspiracy theorists?” depicts millions of Trump supporters as so devoted to “dangerous lunacy” that nearly all hope is lost of bringing them “back to reality.”
Who told Mr. Klaas that he is based in reality to require others to change?

A Kenyan man has pleaded not guilty in a US court to trafficking illegal ivory and rhino horn.
Mansur Mohamed Surur was part of an “international conspiracy” responsible for the slaughter of more than 100 elephants and dozens of rhinos, federal prosecutors in New York say.
It allegedly amounts to an estimated $7.4m (£5.4m) amassed over seven years.
Some exports were hidden inside “pieces of art such as African masks and statues”, court documents allege.
Money was paid to and from foreign customers by “international wire transfers, some which were sent through US financial institutions”, prosecutors say.
Mr Surur was arrested last year in the Kenyan city of Mombasa and extradited to the US to face trial in New York. He also faces charges of money laundering and drug dealing.
He and three others – Amara Cherif from Guinea, Moazu Kromah of Liberia, and Abdi Hussein Ahmed of Kenya are accused of agreeing illegal ivory sales with buyers in Manhattan, as well as others in south-east Asia.
Whilst I applaud the arrest of these people who cause animals to suffer or die, I fail to see why the purchasers are not arrested as well?
If there was no market for these items, there would be less of these people doing this stuff, in my opinion the buyers are equally responsible.
We have to generate more business opportunities for the Africans to stop people doing this, slavery, trafficking and drugs as their only avenue to generate income.
The billionaires’ wealth grew so much that they could cut “every man, woman and child in the country” a $3,000 stimulus check and “still be richer than they were nine months ago,” ATF executive director Frank Clemente said in a Tuesday press release. The report tracked the fat-cats’ profits from March 18, the approximate start date of the economic shutdowns, through December 7.

Leon Black, who founded Apollo Global Management Inc. three decades ago in the aftermath of one scandal, is retiring as chief executive in the aftermath of another, this one involving the notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Just months after Apollo announced an internal investigation into Black’s long association with the late financier, the investment firm said in a statement Monday, that he would retire as CEO no later than July 31 and would remain chairman.
Marc Rowan, one of Black’s top lieutenants, will succeed him as CEO.
In a statement, Apollo said an outside law firm hired to conduct the review found that, Apollo never retained Epstein for any services, and that Epstein never invested in any Apollo-managed funds.
The law firm, Dechert, also found no evidence that Black, 69, was involved in any way with Epstein’s criminal activities at any time.
So. because Dechert who no one knows who they are, said that was the case, we all have to believe them?
One of Dechert’s lead people are Henry Nassau which has links back to the House of Orange.
This tells me this Management group are connected to Mossad and Isis, which is Israeli Secret Intelligence Service, just like Epstein was.

Australia has approved at least 14 permits for the export of military goods to Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates over the last year and a half, despite their involvement in the Yemen conflict which has created a humanitarian crisis.
Department of Defence has also revealed it has approved permits for $580,000 of military goods to Turkey since late 2019, even though the defence minister, Linda Reynolds, announced a “pause” of such exports at that time because of, concerns the country’s incursion into north-east Syria was “causing great civilian suffering”.
The latest figures have prompted calls for the Australian government to show more transparency, in the way it discloses exports of weapons and other military goods, which are shrouded in secrecy.

“It is deeply disturbing that our government could allow weapons to be sold to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, who the UN has said are responsible for breaches of international humanitarian law, including the killing of children, in Yemen,” the chief executive of Save the Children Australia, Paul Ronalds, said.
The government has not released information about the particular equipment that has been exported, arguing such details were “commercial in confidence”.
But it said such goods can include weapons and munitions but also armour, radios, simulators and training equipment “which are not necessarily for a military purpose”.

Google has threatened to remove its search engine from Australia over the nation’s attempt to make the tech giant share royalties with news publishers.
Australia is introducing a world-first law to make Google, Facebook and potentially other tech companies pay media outlets for their news content.
But the US firms have fought back, warning the law would make them withdraw some of their services.
Australian PM Scott Morrison said lawmakers would not yield to “threats”.
Australia is far from Google’s largest market, but the proposed news code is seen as a possible global test case for how governments could seek to regulate big tech firms.
Tech firms have faced increasing pressure to pay for news content in other countries, including France, where Google struck a landmark deal with media outlets on Thursday.
In Australia, the proposed news code would tie Google and Facebook to mediated negotiations with publishers over the value of news content, if no agreement could be reached first.
Google Australia managing director Mel Silva told a Senate hearing on Friday that the laws were “unworkable”.
“If this version of the code were to become law, it would give us no real choice but to stop making Google Search available in Australia,” she said.
Australia’s news industry is struggling. Of every A$100 (£56; $77) spent on digital advertising, A$81 goes to Google and Facebook. And Covid-19 has only made this worse.
With companies reducing their digital advertising spend, a number of outlets in Australia have been forced to close.
Google, by contrast, has been performing well. Last year the social media giant made almost $4bn from Australia, while paying $45m in tax.
Meanwhile, Australia’s competition watchdog has accused both Facebook and Google of misleading Australian consumers about how their data is used, launching inquiries into digital advertising and the app stores market.

President Biden is seeking a five-year extension with Russia on the only remaining treaty limiting the world’s two largest nuclear arsenals just days before it expires, said two senior U.S. officials.
At the same time, his administration is preparing to impose new costs on Russia pending a newly requested intelligence assessment of its recent activities.
The officials said Biden is ruling out a “reset” in bilateral relations with Moscow, as many U.S. presidents have done since the end of the Cold War.
“As we work with Russia, so, too, will we work to hold Russia accountable for their reckless and aggressive actions that we’ve seen in recent months and years,” said a senior U.S. official, who like others spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive security matter.

At least a thousand National Guard members brought in to secure the Capitol ahead of President Biden’s inauguration, are taking rest breaks outside and in nearby parking garages, photos showed.
Guard members were forced to vacate congressional grounds on Thursday, after spending two weeks protecting the city following a deadly riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6.
“Yesterday, dozens of senators and congressmen walked down our lines taking photos, shaking our hands, and thanking us for our service,” a guard member told Politico.
“Within 24 hours, they had no further use for us and banished us to the corner of a parking garage.
We feel incredibly betrayed.”
One unit, which had been resting in the Dirksen Senate Office building, was told to leave the facility and later forced to rest in a nearby parking garage with no internet reception, one electrical outlet, and one bathroom with two stalls for 5,000 troops, Politico reported, citing the guard member.
“There really may be an important reason for us to vacate, and it just hasn’t been well communicated yet,” another guard member said.
Guard spokesman Maj. Matt Murphy said while U.S. Capitol Police were asked to move their rest area, the troops are ready to provide additional security if needed.
“As Congress is in session and increased foot traffic and business is being conducted, Capitol Police asked the troops to move their rest area,” Murphy said.
“They were temporarily relocated to the Thurgood Marshall Judicial Center garage with heat and restroom facilities.
We remain an agile and flexible force to provide for the safety and security of the Capitol and its surrounding areas.”
Upon hearing the news, Sen. Kyrsten Sinema offered her office for the troops.
“This is outrageous, shameful, and incredibly disrespectful to the men and women keeping the U.S. Capitol safe and secure.
We need it fixed and we need answers on how it happened,” Sinema said in a tweet.
After being in tight quarters with limited bathroom access, at least 100 guard members tested positive for COVID-19.
Some are quarantining in hotels.
Following that event the Florida Governor Ron DeSantis ordered more than 600 National Guard troops to return home from Washington, DC.
DeSantis questioned the reason for troops being in DC at all, calling it a “half-cocked mission at this point”.
“They are soldiers,” the governor said. “They are not Nancy Pelosi’s servants.”
Over 20,000 soldiers were brought to DC following the US Capitol riot on January 6, and many remained in place for Joe Biden’s recent inauguration.
Where is the media outrage? where are the factcheckers now? where is the BBC reporting and blaming the President for this action? oh, your puppet man is now in and so everything is back to normal, of zero reporting, because the agenda against one man is now rendered mute.

In trials 2016-2018, scientists succeeded in destroying a population of mosquitoes in a lab, by introducing a genetic mutation that spread through the population and eventually sterilized all of the mosquitoes.

The Imperial College scientists created a gene drive that did not fall prey to this type of resistance.
Since it can never more than double in frequency with each generation, a gene drive introduced in a single individual typically requires dozens of generations to affect a substantial fraction of a population.
Alternatively, releasing drive-containing organisms in sufficient numbers can affect the rest within a few generations; for instance, by introducing it in every thousandth individual, it takes only 12–15 generations to be present in all individuals. Whether a gene drive will ultimately become fixed in a population and at which speed, depends on its effect on individuals fitness, on the rate of allele conversion, and on the population structure.
In a well mixed population and with realistic allele conversion frequencies (≈90%), population genetics predicts that gene drives get fixed for selection coefficient smaller than 0.3; in other words, gene drives can be used to spread modifications as long as reproductive success is not reduced by more than 30%.

The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard added gene drives to a list of uses of gene-editing technology it doesn’t think companies should pursue.
Gene drives affect all future generations, and represent the possibility of a larger change in a living species than has been possible before.

Around 1,000 Swedes have received Moderna Covid-19 shots that were kept too cold while being transported, the company in charge of deliveries, Apoteket AB, said on Friday.
A total of 2,100 doses of the US-made vaccine that were kept too cold in transit have been delivered to the regions of Gävleborg, Halland, Värmland, Dalarna, and Östergötland, a government spokesperson said.
The Swedish Public Health Agency has said there is no risk to those given the Moderna vaccine, but it has halted the rollout and is investigating whether keeping doses too cold may affect the vaccine’s efficacy.
“We apologize for what happened and consider it an accident,” said the deputy health chief of the Gävleborg region, Tina Mansson Söderlund, who also pledged to investigate the incident.
“The worst that can happen is that the vaccine is ineffective, and then we will offer new vaccinations,” she added.

A California resident who tested positive for COVID-19 in late December died last week, several hours after receiving a shot of the vaccine, officials have announced.
The individual, who has not been named, reportedly died in Placer County, in the greater Sacramento area, on Thursday.
Their death was announced by the Placer County Sheriff’s Office in a Saturday Facebook post, with the department adding that the incident remains under investigation.
‘The individual was administered a COVID-19 vaccine several hours before their death on January 21, 2021,’ the agency wrote. ‘The vaccine was not administered by Placer County Public Health.’
It’s unclear if the person was given the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine.

The suit, filed by the teenage victim and his mother in the Northern District of California on Wednesday, argues that Twitter refused to pull the sexually graphic videos, on the grounds that they did not violate its policies, allowing them to rack up well over 150,000 views.
The plaintiff in the case identified only as “John Doe” in court records, says he was just 13 when he was manipulated, into sharing nude images of himself with a Snapchat user he believed to be a 16-year-old classmate.
After he did so, “the correspondence changed to blackmail,” the lawsuit claims, adding that the perpetrators threatened to share the photos with the victim’s “parents, coach, pastor, and others in his community” if he did not send additional material.
He complied with the traffickers’ demands, sending sexually explicit videos of himself, some of which included another minor.
At some point in 2019, a “compilation video” featuring the footage extorted from John Doe surfaced on Twitter through at least two accounts, eventually making their way to the victim in January 2020 after “he learned from his classmates that [the] videos of him and another minor were on Twitter, and that many students in the school had viewed them.”
Immediately, the victim who by this time was 16-years-old informed his parents of the situation, prompting his mother, named as “Jane Doe” in the suit, to take up the issue with school officials, local police and with Twitter directly.
That followed at least one previous complaint from a concerned Twitter user in late 2019, who reported one of the accounts that shared footage of the victim.
The company took no action and the videos remained live.
By January 21, the plaintiff filed his own complaint with Twitter, telling the platform “These videos were taken from harassment and being threatened.
It is now spreading around school and we need them taken down as we are both minors, and we have a police report for the situation.”
At the request of Twitter, he provided a photo of his driver’s license to confirm his identity.
Jane Doe also filed two additional complaints with the company one day later, to which Twitter replied with identical automated messages promising to review the content in question.
After a full week without a response from the company, despite repeat attempts by the victim’s mother beyond her initial complaints, Twitter finally replied on January 28, stating that it found no problems with the sexually explicit videos and would do nothing to have them removed.
“Thanks for reaching out. We’ve reviewed the content, and didn’t find a violation of our policies, so no action will be taken at this time,” Twitter said, while insisting without a hint of irony that “your safety is the most important thing.”
Sextexting a big problem in this country and whilst it is seen as a lot of harmless fun for the children, it can and often does, lead to serious implications for those in the pictures, generally following some sort of falling out.
But it also leads to sexual predators and social miscreants who will use any situation to gain leverage over another person, due to them being weak.
Twitter and the blackmailers should both be dealt with in court, for a gross negligence from Twitter, that apparently blackmailing, sexualization of minors and harassment are all acceptable by their standards.
Again, like Amazon, the public has a choice, #boycott-twitter is the simple solution to end their enterprise, because they breach our community standards, and their policies are not an acceptable standard for the public either.

The special index may be used to train a chat bot to converse in the personality of the specific person.
During such conversations, one or more conversational data stores and or API’s, may be used to reply to user dialogue and or questions for which the social data does not provide data.
In some aspects, a 2 or 3D model of a specific person may be generated using images, depth information, and/or video data associated with the specific person.
In aspects a personalized chat index may be used to train a chat bot or language understanding model, to converse and/or interact in the personality of the specific person.
A model, as used herein, may refer to a predictive or statistical language model that may be used to determine a probability distribution over one or more word, character sequence or events, and/or to predict a response value from one or more predictors.

Another example of those in the technological field are complete psychopaths, the seducement will be it is to speak to lost loved ones again, the reality is it gets out to public awareness they have been doing this for years.

The Achnacarry Agreement, also known as the As-Is-Agreement, was a top secret agreement from 1928 to form an oil cartel of all the major oil producers of the time, to limit “excessive competition”.

Last week we spoke of the sleeping pods, erased memories, no pain, no trauma and it’s correlation to the City of light pill.

The smart cities, of which smart doesn’t mean clever or intelligent, but to burn, pain or sting, with an Orwellian technological blueprint laid out before us, is it far fetched another City of smart lights will evolve?
The gene editing program laid out earlier said much about, how they now can change pretty much anything and everything they want, and with people all divided into smaller and smaller groups, who can or will stop them changing our planet and life once and for all?

The old programs of fame, connection to fame, seducement and money programs and the most popular of all, the savior program, runs deep and cuts through the very fiber of far too many people upon this planet.
Riddled throughout religion, fake spiritual circles of gods, goddesses, Lords and even ET and higher dimensional savior programs, it’s all one and the same.
And the great common sense question for you all is, how exactly has that worked out for you?
Yet again those few people fell for the old programs, why many of those people were stuck in 78K year loop cycles and will ultimately walk into another of the city of light programs, only difference this time is, you won’t be dragging the whole of humanity with you.
Those that did the work will move on, those that didn’t and that is the vast majority, will slumber in their own personal shortcomings for a future that will become very unpalatable.
This time you can’t say you were not warned, you were given way more knowledge and insight and not just from this show either.
The internet, whilst it was a tool to control you, also gave you the opportunity to learn the past and develop yourself for the future.
We here created the solution and path for us all to go forward, the TPC, until 4 alt media radio show personalities decided they wanted to be more important, and created a diversion, which went from personal responsibility and a collective to fix things to a savior program, and therein lies the problem does it not?
It went from a completely new way of a hand up, back to the failed old programs of a hand out.
But, oh those savior programs do not let up easily, and ultimately those savior programs became the downfall of and for most of humanity.
