Anyone else notice the change of how Covid is written these days?
It used to be Covid with a capital C and the rest lower case, but recently everyone is writing it in all capitalized letters, is that significant?
Given all capital letters signifies a dead person or entity.
A law enacted months before the first reported outbreak of COVID-19 may allow U.S. government agencies to publish falsified data and statistics, including for national security and law enforcement purposes.
A method used to determine if the COVID-19 pandemic may possibly be a hoax or something similar, was to look at U.S. federal law changes leading up to the reported outbreak of COVID-19.
Which the reasonable person may see as tip-offs for the government’s plans to falsify a pandemic, or, more generally speaking, tip-offs that the government planned to falsify data, statistics, or other public information during a major national operation.
This method of looking at U.S. federal law changes leading up to COVID-19 to determine whether COVID-19 is some sort of a hoax is, based on a 2004 U.S. federal law governing false information and hoaxes.
The federal law is partially provided as follows: § 1038. False information and hoaxes
(a) CRIMINAL VIOLATION.— (1) IN GENERAL.—Whoever engages in any conduct with intent to convey false or misleading information under circumstances where, such information may reasonably be believed and where such information indicates that an activity has taken, is taking, or will take place that would constitute a violation of chapter 2, 10, 11B, 39, 40, 44, 111, or 113B of this title, section 236 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2284), or section 46502, the second sentence of section 46504, section 46505(b)(3) or (c), section 46506 if homicide or attempted homicide is involved, or section 60123(b) of title 49, shall— [be punished, etc.; punishments are omitted for ease of reading] …
(d) ACTIVITIES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT.—This section does not prohibit any lawfully authorized investigative, protective, or intelligence activity of a law enforcement agency of the United States, a State, or political subdivision of a State, or of an intelligence agency of the United States.’’. (118 STAT. 3765, 3766; 18 U.S. Code § 1038)
The law permits “any lawfully authorized investigative, protective, or intelligence activity of a law enforcement agency of the United States,” which, the law apparently implies, may include law enforcement agencies in the U.S. engaging in “conduct with intent to convey false or misleading information under circumstances where, such information may reasonably be believed and where such information indicates that an activity has taken, is taking, or will take place.”
“Investigative, protective, or intelligence activity of a law enforcement agency” is broad language.
Although most law enforcement entities attempt to keep their methods and advanced technologies secret, some types of hoaxes which might be used might be predictable based off of previous methods used by entities like the FBI, which were at one time reportedly used against America’s enemies but could conceivably be used again.
One of the most significant was the U.S. government legalizing national security “exercises” for “emerging” threats in October of 2019. (133 STAT. 1123)
The National Exercise Program (NEP) is in part intended to “protect against, mitigate the effects of, respond to, and recover from threats and hazards that pose the greatest risk to the security of the Nation.” (Page 1, emphasis added) It is also used in part to “test and evaluate” U.S. government “plans and strategies.” (Page 2)
The NEP includes some exercises which may be classified (page 11), suggesting that there may be occurrences throughout the U.S. which may appear to be real but are actually covert or secret national security “exercises.”
The NEP may be conducted by the Department of Homeland Security and other “appropriate Federal agencies” (page 2) which may be law enforcement agencies of the United States.
But the above-mentioned U.S. federal law on “false information and hoaxes” apparently implies lawfully authorized use of false or misleading information by law enforcement agencies.
Where any federal laws changed before COVID-19 which appear to attempt to “lawfully authorize” such false representations of information, data, or statistics for “law enforcement” purposes?
The answer may be found in a federal law on statistics, data, and information that was enacted on January 14, 2019, entitled the “Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act of 2018.”
The new law made sure it was stated in federal law that U.S. government statistical agencies and other government data and information entities and their strategic plans are required to be “evaluated” by specifically federal activities. (132 STAT. 5530)
Prior to the reported outbreak of COVID-19, the most recent National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics Strategic Plan was published in September of 2017.
One of the objectives of the Strategic Plan is the following: Identify and define opportunities and threats from emerging trends that will enable or require change to health information and data policies, standards, or regulatory frameworks.
The same January 14, 2019 U.S. federal law on statistics, data, and information made a significant legal distinction in terminology.
The law distinguishes between data and information that the federal government uses for “statistical purposes” and for “nonstatistical purposes.”
Simply look at the way the government defines “nonstatistical purpose” in the 2019 law:
NONSTATISTICAL PURPOSE.—The term ‘nonstatistical purpose’— (A) means the use of data in identifiable form for any purpose that is not a statistical purpose, including any administrative, regulatory, law enforcement, adjudicatory, or other purpose that affects the rights, privileges, or benefits of a particular identifiable respondent; and (B) includes the disclosure under section 552 of title 5 of data that are acquired for exclusively statistical purposes under a pledge of confidentiality (132 STAT. 5545, emphasis added)
It is important to note that the law does not say “any true representation of information” or any “non-falsified representation” or something similar.
Thus, when combined, the definition of “nonstatistical purpose” would apparently include “the use of data” and “any representation of information” “for any purpose” including “any…law enforcement…purpose.”
So, there you have it again, they changed the law before the event, which the event was preplanned and premeditated.
This is also an example of why it is pointless playing their law game, a plethora of deliberately used broad language, that allows for technicalities and distortion should it ever be challenged, all designed to suit the criminal, not the law itself.
WHY IS THE SUPREME COURT EVEN LISTENING TO MANDATES WHICH ARE NOT LAWS? Indeed.

Footballers who play for China’s national team have been banned from getting tattoos, and advised to remove ones they have under a new directive.
The country’s sports administration body said recruiting new players, with tattoos at national level and to youth squads was strictly prohibited.
The administration said the move would help set a good example for society.

Some professional footballers have since been covering their arms with long sleeves to hide their body art.
In a statement, the country’s General Administration of Sport, said national players with tattoos were advised to have them removed.
In Chinese culture a stigma has been attached to tattoos, in the past they were used to brand criminals and the tattoo still has links to organized crime groups in east Asia.
Tattoos among ethnic groups were often seen as a mark of the uncivilized.
I personally am against tattoos, I think they look ugly and they are covering up inner issues.
My own personal opinion on tattoos, does not mean I don’t believe others should not have freedom of choice, the issue here is children getting them.
Personally I would make a rule that no person under the age of 25 can get a tattoo.
Because of the peer pressure, the desire to fit in, people are doing things not of their own choice, but because it’s cool to be in the in crowd.
Making it ruling of 25 and over for tattoos, negates that issue and people at 25 can make a more adult based decision.
One thing about tattoos that people don’t think about is, how can you be religious and have a tattoo?
Is that not going against your god, by saying my body is not good enough and so I have to adorn it?
But, whilst it is nice to see the Chinese addressing cultural issues, as they gave kids a set time for using online video games, they removed effeminate males from being tv models, they are very valid addresses, but one hopes they stick it addressing issues like these, and not go full authoritarian on it.

Perhaps we need to look at the cultural issues in the western world, although it has spread into other regions with internet access.

Narcissism and vanity are on the rise.
While in the past these were considered vices, we must concede that today, in our downward-hurtling dystopia, these are now positively virtues.
There is no longer any moral opposition to anything that might stand in the way of a more impressive selfie.
Fake teeth, fake smiles, duckface, caked orange layers of fake tan, and endless personal portrait photos captured during every imaginable life situation, comprise what we must refer to as our new Instagram culture.
But these captures, this endless stream of vignettes, are not real life.
Instead, they are the vain mirror of the wished life, the showy artifacts of those endlessly seeking to impress, whether they are actually doing anything eventful or not.
And yet I wonder whether if some of them use a mirror for critical analysis?
Given the dress code, inappropriate clothes for the size of the body, and the classic trout pout due to botox, who said that looks appealing? frankly it looks ugly and the equivalent of kissing a snakehead fish.
Quite what females see in that is beyond me, it completely distorts their face.
But this is the world of banal fashion designers, who dictate what is fashion and what is not, all appealing to the I must fit elements of society, or worse, I want to look like a celebrity.
Quite frankly, they are the worse role models ever to follow, sold out vacuous cretins, riddled with fake everything.
Social media particularly Instagram seems to have been performing an enormously influential social experiment, affecting fashion, personal relations, dating, employment, politics, and how we think of ourselves.
The way we view and live life is altered by the prism of reflection: everyone is watching everyone else.
However, despite the rise of this publicly sanctioned narcissism, in reality vanity remains a vice, a negative, even dangerous indulgence, both socially and individually.
There is no world, online or otherwise, where vanity is not sensibly considered a destructive trait, for it engenders inflated opinion, bragging, jealousy, dishonesty, false representation, and ultimately the unthinking egomania of the tyrannical.
While we are all vain to a certain degree, restraint or balance is required in all things, for prosperity, health, and the good life.
But today every banal facet of a personal life must now be captured, categorized and glamorized.
The obsession leads to fantastic feats of modification, such as the trend in getting veneers, where your real teeth are filed down to weird jagged tombstones so you can have that Hollywood smile.
This is often performed by a man in Turkey at an irresistible price, and why not get gastric-sleeve surgery to boot, since you are going abroad?
This vanity feeds into the phenomenon of Instagram fashion, based on the premise that every single person is potentially a celebrity, an influencer, therefore every single person must also have designer brands.
Where previously designer brands were art houses or fashion think-tanks providing haute couture, now the influencer with the most followers controls what becomes fashionable.
The discriminatory standards of cutting-edge aesthetics are traded for a mass-consumerism of real and knock-off labels.
Thereby the fashions themselves are largely crass, bawdy, and mostly vehicles to display ever-larger brand logos as wealth symbols, as with all things related to vanity, superficiality rules.
Life is no longer so much lived as recorded, it is not even recorded in its warts-and-all honesty, like a document for posterity, but in social simulation of itself.
The individual is a hero playing a part in their own life movie.
But even this is not strictly true, as we live in a post-reality-TV world, where we seldom think in a framework of storytelling, or view our lives related to classic narrative, so much as an impression or vignette of everyone’s personal life and its social relations.
This strange alteration in world view is only increasing in scope with the younger generations.
With the apparent loss of parents’ ability to allow kids to be bored, many children are no longer growing up with a storytelling or narrative framework.
Instead of watching films, they are entertained with tablets providing a limitless supply of YouTube package-opening videos in a kind of monotone brainwash of meaningless sensation.
There are kids as young as 10 going into school with fake eyelashes, fake tan, false nails, who can’t pose for a photo without doing duck lips.
It is so endemic that some schools need to adopt policies in direct prevention.
For young adults, there seems to be a mania of make-up tutorial videos, make-up itself having become a science requiring an intense variety of paraphernalia: highlighter, primer, contour sticks, and all manner of related items.
Also, it’s no longer just for women, the feminization of the Western male is no secret, it is openly lauded as a triumph.
The reasons for its victory over many thousands of years of guiding patriarchy have many possible sources, feminist policies, lack of male role models, overuse of plastics, and the lowering of testosterone from overuse of soy in commercial food.
But what is perhaps most disturbing about the narcissism trend is just how much these influencers, and worse, the hordes of influencer-wannabes, begin to resemble the sterile beautiful ones from John B. Calhoun’s mouse utopia experiment.
Calhoun enclosed four pairs of mice in a large pen complete with all imaginable mouse amenities: water dispensers, limitless food bins, nesting boxes, and a total absence of predators.
He was quoted as saying of this utopia: “I shall largely speak of mice, but my thoughts are on man.”
While the mice initially prospered and were fertile, after 600 days, with still enough space to double their numbers, they began to decline, until the entire colony went extinct.
It appeared that without predators, or want, or even the need to acquire their own resources, they simply lost the will to carry on.
The young mice that were born never learned the skills for survival, and along with that, seemingly forgot how to live.
Among the aberrations and breakdowns in social norms that occurred in that process was the phenomenon of “the beautiful ones” who spent all their time grooming and sleeping.
They were the ultimate personification of life without hardship or struggle.
While being more beautiful than ever, they lost all interest in reproductive sex and died out, not so utopian after all.
What is the lesson for us, in this grim and familiar analogy?
It is this: when abundant luxury removes challenge and responsibility, self-extinction is not far away.
So purse those lips, and get your phone out people are watching.

A desire to then help others without attaching it to your self for external gratification, the desire to be a part of the change by doing, not observing others doing.

The Chinese Communist Party has developed an artificial intelligence prosecutor, that can identify and suggest charges for alleged crimes including dissent and provoking trouble.
Built by the Shanghai Pudong People’s Procuratorate, the tool can file charges after hearing a verbal description of the case.
It runs on a standard desktop computer and presses charges based on 1,000 traits from the human-generated case description text.
The prosecutor was programmed with information from 17,000 real-life cases ranging from 2015 to 2020 and can identify and, as a result, can press charges for the eight most common crimes in Shanghai.
Among the charges is provoking trouble, a term often weaponised by Beijing to stifle political and social dissent and criticism.
Other crimes reportedly recognized by the machine are obstructing official duties, credit card fraud, gambling crimes, dangerous driving, theft, fraud, and intentional injury.
Chinese prosecutors, however, have concerns over the machine’s purported accuracy.
The accuracy of 97% may be high from a technological point of view, but there will always be a chance of a mistake, cautioned a prosecutor from Guangdong Province.
Who will take responsibility when it happens? The prosecutor, the machine or the designer of the algorithm, they added.
A more advanced version of the prosecutor will eventually be able to eliminate data irrelevant to a case, and will be capable of converting spoken words into a standard format computers can understand and act upon.

The man who decided there was insufficient evidence to charge Saville, is now the leader of the UK Labour Party, which is the opposition to the Tory Johnson.
The UK Justice Secretary is leading the charge to have Boris resign, his name is Dominic Raab.
So, if Johnson resigns, and a new election is called, in steps the man who let pedophiles off, despite overwhelming evidence.
So, who is the guy? Keir Starmer, oh did I not tell you Mr. Starmer is born to Jewish parents?

Drug adverts:
As of December 2017, New Zealand was the only country apart from the United States that allowed prescription drug companies to advertise on television.
Internet Censorship:
NZ ramped up Internet Censorship greatly in 2019, and again in 2020, claiming that state agencies had the right to censor or remove any online content that, they deemed extremist, terrorist or otherwise objectionable.
Which is what the Terrorism Suppression Act was enacted for.
COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021:
In November 2021, New Zealand passed the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021.
The legislation takes away all legal rights for an unvaccinated or insufficiently vaccinated persons, allowing for:
1. The lockdown of unvaccinated or insufficiently vaccinated individuals.
2. The ability to restrict travel within the country to unvaccinated or insufficiently vaccinated (e.g. a person who does not want to get a booster shot).
3. Withhold certification from those who do not get required boosters, or subsequent combinations of vaccines as may be ordered at any time.
4. The ability to dictate the type and form of certification required for proof of vaccination status — digital or otherwise.
5. The ability to dictate what other information may be required for the renewal of vaccine certificates, and which information may be contained on such a certificate.
6. The period for which a vaccine certificate is valid can be changed at any time, and who it is that may be entitled or eligible to have these certificates.
7. The specification of mandates for entire job sectors.
8. The ordering of certain jobs to require regular mandatory testing and medical examination.
9. Enforcement officers to be able to demand certification, pretty much at any time.
10. The appointment of enforcement officers that can be anybody they wish to appoint, and not necessarily police.
11. Enforcement officers to inspect and take copies of certification to be verified at a later date, before immediately returning such documentation.
12. The provision of an assessment tool for employers to use to determine who should be vaccine mandated, however employers can totally disregard the assessment tool and mandate at whim.
13. Legal or other representatives of employees may be refused entry to workplaces.
14. Contact tracing information may be used against a person in order to enforce the Act.
15. Employees who have been dismissed for non-compliance of testing or vaccination, but comply at the last minute, may still be dismissed if the employer deems revoking the dismissal to be disruptive of their business.
Amendments to the 1956 Health Act:
2021 amendments to the 1956 Health Act will allow punitive measures under the guise of health directives:
1. Hold unvaccinated in quarantine until such time as they have tested negative to infectious disease, and have undergone preventive treatment (i.e. mandatory inoculation).
2. Declare (without proof or evidence) a dwelling to be unsanitary, and in turn order the destruction of the property and the burning of associated materials
3. Prohibit the keeping of animals and order the killing of animals (i.e. punitive killing of pets and eliminate food sources)
4. Close any business not complying with prescribed infection control measures.
5. Forbid congregation (public or private)

Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement:
New Zealand was a signatory to the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement, a treaty to abrogate state power by elevating the rights of corporations.
A poll conducted in December 2012 showed that 64% of New Zealanders thought trade agreements, such as the TPP, which allow corporations to sue governments, should be rejected.
Christchurch Mass Shooting:
In March 2019, a mass shooting happened in Christchurch which was livestreamed onto the internet. Four people were arrested.
The New Zealand establishment deemed that video of the attack was objectionable, and so the New Zealand police warned that anyone sharing it could be liable for up to 10 years in jail.
The classic Orwellian, Stazi and National Zionist tactics of shameful control of the people, under the frankly ridiculous guise of, they are improving your health and safety.
The whole of New Zealand should have risen up against these complete psychopaths, as only psychopaths and weak, fear laden peoples would come up with these plans.
Whilst people are distracted by divide and conquer, vaxxed and unvaxxed, your whole way of living and life is being stripped away from you.
This was never about being vaxxed, wearing masks and social distancing for your health, it is all about them a creating a dystopian world for those who are left, all under their control.

I saw this piece and it fits perfectly with what we are doing here at THI and more importantly the TPC.
It is worth the time going over this piece a few times to grasp and understand it, and then formulate your plan and how it will fit in with the overall plan of the goals we are setting ourselves.
As things develop early this year, it will be important that everyone is on board, we have a mammoth task ahead of us.

I feel that the dormant goodwill in people needs to be stirred.

You are thrown into it by your personal sense of responsibility, combined with a complex set of external circumstances.
You are cast out of the existing structures and placed in a position of conflict with them.

Perhaps hopelessness is the very soil that nourishes human hope; perhaps one could never find a sense in life without first experiencing absurdity.

No one ever develops and achieves self-awareness in a vacuum, beyond all ears and systems.
The period you grow up in, and mature in, always influences your thinking, this in itself requires no self-criticism.
What is more important is how you have allowed yourself to be influenced, whether by good or by evil.
Without a global revolution in the sphere of human consciousness, nothing will change for the better in the sphere of our being as humans, and the catastrophe toward which this world is headed.
Be it ecological, social, demographic or a general breakdown of civilization will be unavoidable.

The breakdown of their world is underway, our task is to built the new one.

In two generations we can speak to, work with, learn together and set a blueprint for this Universe with all the Extra Terrestrials and Non Terrestrials that are here, before those who wish to return to the homeworlds, all species working in harmony, not destroying each other, so they can go home and teach their species a better way also.
In two generations we can all learn to be harmony with the self, cure the sickness within us, of mired in self doubt, little me, envy, greed, insecurity, weakness into strengths, the lack of love, caring and sharing, the lack of consideration for others.
Where people are not defined by labels or chattel numbers or by one individual color of the spectrum, but we all become the full spectrum of color, radiating out for all the Universe to see.
Where all are inclusive, not exclusive, on a planet where we create not destroy, a planet we treasure not disrespect, a planet of real hope, love, empathy and compassion, with us all exhibiting personal responsibility.
A planet we can then truly call home, set in our image not their image.
It will require the input of the all, not just the few, it will require for you all to be more flexible with yourself and with others, it will require you to be in service to others, not just for the self.
It will require you to expand your consciousness, understanding and mindset, to think and act differently.
It will require you to focus not on your home, neighborhood, city, state and country, but globally.
It will require you to ditch your current old vessel riddled with dis-ease and lies, and recreate a new version of you that shines brightly, that learns, teaches, helps and strives for the better world we can all be proud of.
Not all of us will see it through to the end in this lifetime, but with the inner war gains we have done, all those who pass on and return to Source, now have the opportunity to choose to return here one day to witness the fruits of your labor.
We all have a duty and obligation, all of us to create a new world, and give the children and subsequent generations a chance to thrive, and correct the ills we have all gone along with or helped create.
Ask less of what your country can do for you, and more of what can I do for my planet and all the living species on, around and inside her.
Just because others look like their winning, does not mean you are losing, they can no longer defeat us now, only we can do that.
